Opens at 6am. Go through the regular line even though it says badge only. Other entrance off to the right side opens at 7am. Took a bit long to offload me personnel in charge of unloading and counting was busy talking had me eating for no reason.

My Haitian brothers and sisters please don't give your money ti this company, the had my vehicle for 4 months and never heard from them, they're probably stolen it or they were told me in 4 weeks it should be in his destination. They had my money and my vehicle now.
Don't do it.

Monarch Shipping was reliable before. Now, it is a fraud. They took my vehicle since October 2021. They never ship my vehicle to this day! It’s been 6 months now! They keep on pushing the date. Now, they cut off communication with clients! I can’t get my vehicle! Don’t know what the heck they did with it. They are no longer at Riviera Beach! They are nowhere to be found! The latest information I received from another shipping company is that, They are out of business! I Will go to Riviera Beach Police to file a report, afterwards I will go to court to file a lawsuit!

I ship $3000 worth of goods with this company 6 months ago, no one answer my phone calls to tell me what exactly is going on with my stuffs.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! First off they gave us a container with several leaks in it… secondly they take people’s money with no intention to ship containers in a timely manner. It has been almost 1 year since they’ve been holding a container for shipment to Haiti. We’ve been very patient with this company however, They keep pushing back the shipment dates and are making no efforts at all to provide quality service. They make excuses for themselves and are not willing to compromise with their clients. We will be getting a lawyer. Please do use this company. I can’t stress this enough!

In early November 2021, our non-profit organization booked shipping for the transport of a 1998 Dodge Ram Pick Up to our mission projects. On February 12th, 2022, the vehicle was still sitting at the port in West Palm Beach. This company refused to give us a refund despite the cause of the delay being their responsibility. The company has poor communication with its customers! I highly recommend not using this company if you are non-profit trying to help people. This company is unsympathetic and lacks the professionalism to handle crucial and vital cargo. We lost nearly $1,000 and 3 months of wasted time. When we asked for a refund, they're response was to give us a $500 credit on our next shipment. I will never use them again. So, the $500 credit is worthless. They claimed the rest of our money was for a storage fee! Run from this company!

They will be in court soon because wherever my items were stolen they must pay me the values. Worst company I ever seen. NEVER try them, DO NOT ship anything through this clumsy wrongdoing people. I lost expensive merchandises I shipped to Haiti and they never answer my complaint. I will take lawyers for court. They must STOP this type of business. You will never get all of what you shipped.

Monarch Shipping is the worst shipping company in Florida. I wish I could give it zero stars. I don’t understand why Haitians used this company to send cars to Haiti, as a matter of fact, anything. They lack respect for their customers (I mean Haitians) ; their business is supported by the Haitians in WPB; however, they do not provide a seating area and you have to wait on a dirty bench while they seat in their comfort inside. I urge the Haitian community not to use Monarch due to the disrespect they vividly show us daily. None of their employees are respectful. I want to know if the Haitians community stop shipping with them how would they manage the business. I think it is time for us Haitians to stand against the abuse of this terrible company. India started their revolution in a foreign country and it is time we start showing the world a different face of who we are.

Do not. Do not. Do business with this company, they refuse to paid the port fee in Haiti. Now I can't get my cars at the customs in Haiti.

I have sent many cars with monarch shipping over years. They are not the best company. They dont treat people with respect when their business is booming. They dont respect the schedule. They leave cars that been there for months to send the express. They need to fix alot of issues.

I just spoke with a lady on the phone about my car shipment. I asked why there was a delay with the shipment, but not only she was mean and unfriendly, she hung up on me.

I gave them my car since Dec, we are now mid Feb and the car still hasn’t left Fl. They’ve told me the same story everyday and the date moves back everytime. Now when I tried to get my car back, they won’t give me a refund. Don’t bother using that company

My experience with Monarch Shipping Company was a nightmare and a waste of time, I wouldn’t recommend anyone this company to ship their car, I shipped my car with them and I paid express for the car, the told me the car will be in Haiti in one week or in maximum 2 weeks, it took the car 1 month to be in Haiti and another one month for the car to be ready for delivery cause they are always late in paying tax in order for the port to start the delivery process.and everything I got in the car had been stolen.the problem is the don’t care about your comments to improve their service.
I give a star just because the costumer service is nice with you when you call them.

I sent 3 cars to Haiti, I paid express one of them since October, They waited till December to send the car. Someone told me that Every time someone pay extra, they just send your car ahead of someone else that already have a due date. This is insane. This company is sure losing my business. You always have a delay with them. They are not working to make things better.

I read all the bad reviews but not one mention they payed express and they didn’t receive it on time. You guys pay regular so what’s the complaint for 4-8weeks wait? They’re are the only shipping company that gives you the option when to receive your vehicle. I drove my Honda Ridgeline from Massachusetts to ship with them and I received great customer service from Tony. You guys in Florida are very lucky with this company because up here they were charging me $1,800 to ship and it would’ve taken 3 to 4 months to get there, I still didn’t pay $1,800 including the gas, tolls, hotels, and plane tickets to get back to Mass. My fellow Haitians please be grateful for what you have. Because up here we wish monarch business was here. Call before you go there to ask questions to make sure you have everything you need. Remember they must follow The U. S Custom rules and regulations or else they would be out of business! Tony and Monarch again thank you for the great customer service! This company is not reliable. I sent a car and they told me it will get there in less than 3 days.everyday I called they told me it will be sent the next day.this is an horrible service.that company keep pushing you back with different excuses.shame on them. I will make sure not to ever use them EVER AGAIN. Geezzzz big mistake. I’m looking for another company now.
