These people are scammers. They are currently charging my credit card without authorization. I'm in the process of reporting them to the authorities. Stay away.

Scamers. They get you into deeper financial stress than help u. They extort money without doing any service. You are better off dealing with IRS yourself. They stole my 3600 and was demanding another 1700 after months of doing nothing other than write a letter. Run! Run! Run!

I’ve been paying your company for the last four months $4500. I have not seen one document I Have not heard from your people at all. I have to call you guys there’s no communication you guys are just taking my money. I’m calling the bank now to cancel everything and I’m getting a lawyer.

A Full year $3600 2 conversations zero Return on investment to improve tax issues. The worst part about it I have sent a written email requesting to stop auto payments and still taking money out of my account!

Scam! Scam! Scam! Scam! Scam! They took 1000s for my husband and now we’re worse off than ever! Don’t do it! Just don’t! They also go by Tax Defense Network it’s the same con artists. They have so many bad reviews on BBB and the only reason their rating is good is because they refund everyone that complains on there. We’re getting an attorney.

horrible service under staffed. 3 yrs and nothing has been done or resolved.keep getting passed around to different consultants and nothing gets done.so much wasted time and money.totally defeating the purpose of hiring the company. The communication is horrible! And don’t even bother with the credit side of the company. EVEN WORSE! No communication and total attitude when you try and ask what’s been done.in over one year and hundreds of dollars a whole letter was sent on my behalf.and then they dust there hands off and push your file aside and you won’t hear from them again except to say they did all that they could

Scam. Do not use them. They are in hurry to get paid, but once you pay them they just wait for months past deadlines to get IRS bill as high enough as possible with late penalties and interest. Once you get ridiculous bill from IRS, they make it look like they are able to cut it in half. For example: IRS bill is $50K, they get it down to $20K. When in reality all you owed was $12K. Now you have paid $5K (their salary for 10hrs work) $20K for IRS and the cherry on the top will come at the end when you find out that they would charge you $3K extra to help with setting up the payment plan. Had you just provided IRS the documents yourself you had paid total of $12K and had IRS set up payment plan for free for you. One of the most clever
money making scams I have ever heard of. Do not be like me and fall for it. They have good bbb rating only because the government loves them

This place feels like a scam, and it feels like they took advantage of my situation when I was already owing taxes.

I filed back years, and all of refunds, stimulus checks was absolved by my debt. My tax consultant Denise Foxworth didnt really do a very good job explaining that I am not getting any money or making any sort of financial gain. All while still getting IRS notices every week. I referred this issue to them, but just given a brush off. You would think that paying a couple thousand dollars you would stop getting these notices.

I told them I am not going to keep being able to pay without my refunds. The relationship has been strained ever since.

Recently I reached out to a different tax firm, and I told them the practices of MoneySolver, and told me that it sounds pretty shady and maybe even fraud. I am really upset with myself for believing in their business.

I wish I was smart enough to look up their reviews before wasting my already little income on a firm that did not offer any protection from IRS notices or any sort of peace of mind.

They start out strong with the help and after they dance around for months and months they leave you high and dry. I could have just paid off my debt myself instead of paying MoneySolver at this point. They do not call you back and they changed the person who I was dealing with! UGH!

Had to let them go today. Lack of communication and progress to address the issues that I was having. Next, discovered that I would be losing more money with Money Solvers then just getting garnished by the state/federal. Also found free services here in San Francisco to help me in this. And lasty, they had me on phone for an hour originally to get me to sign up for their service, but the person on the phone played on the fact that I was stressed. I signed with them in a moment of distress. Not cool. Cause that's how you catch a case.

TLDR: They wanted me to pay 5 grand so they could set up a payment plan.

Started out doing business with this Company and it wasn't too bad to begin with.then when my taxes were prepared.they did little or no work to benefit me! They actually stated that I owed in excess of $20K for State and Federal Taxes.when in reality.upon hiring another Company. I am entitled to refunds of both State and Federal exceeding $9K! I would not recommend this "firm" to anyone for anything! I went so far as to ask how much of the $1200 that I paid was going to be refunded? I didn't even get a reply. Then upon replying.they did nothing but lie! Still no mention of the " incompetent and irresponsible" way that they treat their Clients!
Pathetic!

I have not had a good experience. This organization accepted my payment and confirmed money owed. Presently I am having problems and am unable to get anyone to return my calls and email

Please don't waste your money. I had to educate them on tax law, and was then presented a regurgitation of already completed taxes. There was zero new information or guidance whatsoever. When I attempted to receive guidance, I was told I need to pay significantly more, and that the contract that I signed for their services was incorrect, meaning I was sold an incorrect contract with them. DO NOT waste your money. Financial loss using their services.

They are running a scam. They told me during the pandemic that my student loans were forgiven and taken care of. They ended up taking my money and lying to me about my student loans. They put them into forbearance, which in the end killed my credit score and now I owe even more. DO NOT trust them. I’ve been battling this for quite sometime now. The whole thing is a scam, I don’t even know how they’re still in business.

This company is terrible with communication and I'm not sure they're even a real company. After seeing the reviews that people have written, I decided to be done with this company.

These people are scammers, had multiple people work for this Company and they are all drunk individuals and they don’t do the job they are hired for. They don’t know how to communicate with clients and these people are money hungry and don’t really care to help.

Ok I used this place in 2021 and there were the worst company I could imagine when it came to communication the were completely terrible they took almost $3000 from me didn’t resolve not one thing for me also made my taxes worst then they were by not filling the right write offs. This place is alert SCAM AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! Every week I had a new case worker never knew who I was taking too never knew when they were gonna call I mean this place is a disaster they done even deserve a star at all DISGRACETO HARD WORKING AMAERICAN PEOPLE!

Had help with back taxes, irs/state owed the person I’m representing $ but he kept receiving letters from state claiming money was owed. I contacted the money solver person on the case which they pretty much did nothing despite my multiple emails/calls with concerns, and now OVER A YEAR LATER (of them doing nothing) state took all irs money owed and is now taking $ out of the persons paychecks! Multiple emails and calls, multiple staff “assisting” and claiming it is being “looked into” an entire year I have been trying and now the person is suffering mentally and financially again all because money solver couldn’t fix their own mistake with in a year.

Top ten worst companies in the world. Not only do the agents not communicate with you at all about your return, but they also take 3 months to file it. My return was filed at the very last minute, filed 3 times due to this companies incompetence. Was filed without my knowledge, and filed without my signature. It took emailing, texting and calling multiple times just to get simple answers from this company.
