I came in on Tuesday to get my uniform pants altered. At first it didn't seem possible for me to get them in time for work. Monica's ensured I would get my uniform pants and I was able to get them the next day. The professionalism from the moment I called in to figure out pricing to when I actually walked in the store were both stellar. I will definitely be back to get my clothes altered and I would recommend if you need alterations done Monica's will definitely take care of you.

Monica’s Cleaners are amazing! They have done an incredible job on tailoring my suits, and it fits perfectly. I couldn’t ask for a better job. Also, I was even credited back money for a next visit due to their honesty for sleeve alterations that was not necessary. Monica is a people person, she treats you like family. She’s funny, and more importantly gets the job done. Absolutely, my favorite cleaners to date!

My husband has been going here for years to get his pants altered and we love it. Every dress our daughter has worn for homecoming, prom and the military ball has been altered here. They are reasonably priced, quick turn around, friendly and I know I'm always going to hear some positive music when I walk through the door.

I brought in two dresses to be altered. One of my outfits she did very well but the other one looked so much worse after the alteration. I am extra unhappy with this one because it's an easy alteration that I probably could have gotten away with just using a safety pin for, but I still paid the $80 to have it altered which was way overpriced for the work that had to be done, and for it to come out so much worse than what I started with, it was heartbreaking.

Brought some pants in for altering.the whole process was very quick and i am super pleased with the results, will be my new go to for tailoring!

Love this place! The ladies here do such a amazing job, I’ve been coming here since 2017 (high school days) and they did a great job on every outfit that I’ve ever needed assistance on! 10/10

This is a little out of my way (I probably pass by 3-4 other cleaners on the way from my house), but I only bring my made-to-measure suits here. The service is always friendly with a quick turnaround, but most importantly, they do a great job dry cleaning without causing damage.

A little disappointed in the customer service, quality of service. It started off great but I noticed the slack in how the clothes were not cleaned properly, stained remained on the clothes, nor were they pressed properly. A discount wasn’t offered nor did she apologize for the mess up. They are a little over priced as well in my opinion & I also had a blanket that I trusted them to wash and it was handled poorly too. I don’t recommend this cleaners location.

Love this place, highly recommend. Been a customer for 10+ years and will never considered going to any other dry cleaners. The service is speedy and great. The alterations are second to none, I’m very picky with my clothes but I trust the job they do here and never think twice about having something altered because of the Impressive work they do.
