My interactions with this particular company have left me deeply dissatisfied with their level of professionalism and reliability. Regrettably, the owner, ely, made promises regarding a job that he ultimately proved incapable of fulfilling, causing me to question his trustworthiness and competence.

Encountering such a situation, where the service provided falls significantly short of reasonable expectations, is truly disappointing. The company's conduct in this instance has failed to meet the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. Ely inability to deliver on his commitments further undermines his credibility as a business owner.

Trustworthiness plays a pivotal role in any business relationship. It instills confidence and reliability, ensuring that promises made are upheld. However, my experience with this company has been the complete opposite. Their unprofessionalism, unreliability, and lack of trustworthiness have become apparent.

Great experience with Eli! Explained the reason why my unit could have been freezing…. Also mentioned that we should monitor the cycle performance before I went ahead and replace the motor.

When our AC kicked the bucket suddenly, I contacted my home warranty folks, and they sent me local 'big' guys to fix it. Their guy came and gave me a runaround and threw some terms at me, thinking that I would just pay hundreds of dollars with no questions asked. Due to these games, we were without AC for over a week, and my family was seriously suffering from 90 degrees of heat in our house. I was desperate when I contacted Monroe AC Services! To my shock, someone answered the phone immediately and promised to come to assess the issue the same day. I was somewhat doubtful, so I kept texting, asking for ETA, and got an appropriate response each time even though I was borderline annoying. All my doubts were dispersed when the boss showed up at the end of working hours and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Not only was he knowledgeable, explained the problem to me, and had a part we needed like a true professional, but he waited until he made sure everything was running as it should. The cost was significantly less than the first AC guy (cannot call him a professional), with a clear invoice documenting parts and labor. I will never look for another AC company. Monroe AC Services saved the day, and I will be a loyal customer as long as we need AC services! Zhana

I do not recommend this company, I hired them to clean my AHU coil.

Unit completely stopped cooling after few days due to refrigerant leak. They ignored my calls and text for few days. I ended up replacing my entire AC unit.
