6Professional staff, private elevators. Great view of the bay from condos.
There is a guard at the gate. Gorgeous building. My girlfriend lives there. Beautiful outdoor pool.
I was there for a visit, and while I was there I noticed they have security at all entrances to the building outside. It was very nice around there
I loved the place, apartments seem to be comfortable and the view was spectacular
I used to live Monte Carlo. Location is good, Total Area is larger than other buildings.if near summer (around May in less rain), bay water bad smell diffuses and lasts for 2~4 weeks. The building is old, water drainage system is weak. Major service provided by association is cleaning hall, and building trash. Relative high HOA fee and lots of rules, not worth to stay there.
Very attractive residential tower which is located on one of the best part of south Tampa on famous Bayshore Blvd.
Most of the condominiums have sea views or tampa downtown.
It's operated by a team of friendly staffs with attractive and huge lobby.
