Made a glass top for my dining room table. Work was completed quickly, price was very reasonable and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use them again.

Horrible company they installed glass in my bathroom and the guy was too lazy to drive back to get the pieces he needed so he painted them and put some of that faded a day later. When I called the company, they refused to come out and replace them.

The replacement of an 8 foot slider door was done in a clean professional manner. I am pleased with the craftsmanship and would use this company again.

Monterey installed a shower enclosure last year for $5025 with invoice date of 4-4-22. Had an issue with one of the doors beginning of April before we went out of town on a 6 week trip but did not have time to contact them to make the adjustment. Made the adjustment today and charged $150. The work was professionally completed. Tried to explain to the lady of this situation but she said it was over one year ago and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say about our trip or forgive the charge. Not a way to conduct business. We are getting ready to purchase impact windows for our house and Monterey will not be one of the companies that we will contact.

Original install on replacement house windows was good. Follow up regarding having multiple windows replaced under warranty was nothing but a run around with cliff. Every call was told it was in process, etc etc. Almost 2 years with this run around telling me the manf and stuff was in process. Call the manf and they hadnt received anything from them regarding replacements. Opened a case with the manf and cliff refused to provide any information to them or even the invoice so they made an exception and honored the warranty, and now having to deal with another glass company formthe install. Steer clear from this group if you expect any service after he initial install.

Such pleasant people do deal with. Bob came and replaced our glass window efficiently and neatly. Very nice guy. We would use them again.
