The leasing office is completely rude and unprofessional. I would have a name, but it was a female that was very dismissive and didn't have the opportunity to obtain it. They will lock the door, walk by you "say it's locked". No pleasantries. No asking if they assist with anything. The apartments look great but if they will treat potential tenants and current tenants, and anyone looking for assistance like trash, I will continue to be turned off. Disgusting behavior does not align with the looks of the apartments. I don't see the business doing well in the near future. Good luck.

Wow.to the many negative reviews. This place is great! I have no problems, maybe my luck. The staff is great and very professional also silly at times lol. If I need any maintenance done they are great at responding. Neighbors can be a bit over board and disrespectful but wherever you go your going to have atleast one or a few. Read a review that said Javi Galarza was prejudice because the resident was spanish.news flash, Javi is hispanic as well and so is the person writing this review. She is a great person and goes out of her way to assist. Shes down to earth and she will tell it like it is. I would recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this community! The staff and neighbors are one of a kind! I would highly recommend this property to any and everybody looking for a new home! Javi from the front office is always smiling and willing to help with any of our needs! She is a ray of sunshine!

Javi has been a huge blessing! Always friendly and remember me by name and every time I see her she is always greeting people and with a smile. I must not forget the other staff and maintenance they are amazing as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!

Went to visit a friend and the community is beautiful and clean. Love the fact that the you get to enter the building with a fob! The office staff super nice.

They are accusing me that I owe them $460 of which am not even aware of. They have ruined my credit and when I try to dispute it they say it was denied. I’ll get my lawyer involved in this and he will have a field with you. Please stay away from this property if you love yourself.

Please stay away from this apartment at all costs. Moved in at the end of July and already was forced to break my lease due to a silverfish infestation (on top of many other issues with this complex.) I have never been treated so poorly by individuals who consider themselves “professionals. ” Upon moving in, I started noticing silverfish in several different areas of my apartment. I contacted the property manager via email about my concerns and never heard back. I had pest control visit twice and was laughed at. Within weeks, I had hundreds of silverfish all along the baseboards, in cabinets and drawers. I also had other issues with the community, including the loud music constantly played by the children occupying the gym, doors being propped open for outside guests, constant speeding through the parking lot, the trash room overflowing, and pet feces and bugs being in the hallways and stairwells. Not luxury by any means. After breaking my lease, this complex has charged me up and down for fees that I do not owe. The property manager LIED to her boss about why I broke my lease, stating I “found 2 bugs” and “bought a house. ” Neither of which are true in the slightest. I broke my lease because I had HUNDREDS of bugs, but the manager wants to sit here and say it was only 2. She treated myself and my mother very disrespectfully, making it seem like she was unaware of the issue that I had emailed about 2 months prior and received no response. I broke my lease and my bug infested unit went on the leasing page the next day for $250 more a month. Trash complex, trash humans, please avoid at all costs.

Such an among place to live! The ladies in the front are so kind and funny. They pass the vibe check for me and my family! 10/10 recommend to any and everyone ️

Lived here for a year and I received a non-renewal lease letter without a reason as to why I am not given the opportunity to renew my lease. The leasing manager, Javi Galarza, IS extremely rude and unprofessional! When asked why I was not given the renewal option to renew she was very rude and unpleasant and refused to give me a reason as to why I’m not allowed to re new my lease. I also walked into the leasing office once for an AC filter and she told me that she reported me to the leasing association because I’m not allowed to walk into the leasing office and communication must be via email only, apparently, I can’t walk into my own leasing office, paid $1900 for rent every month was never, late not even one time with rent and was treated like a criminal. I’ve never dealt with a leasing manager who has been so unpleasant to work with. I’ve never been told that I can’t walk into my own leasing office when I pay rent here that’s absurd. I’m convinced she’s prejudiced because I’m I’m Spanish. I’ve felt very judged by this woman and I’ve just had a bad experience overall dealing with her. Find a place to move where you’re actually appreciated and treated like a human being. This place is way too expensive to be treated ugly. What makes it even more disgusting is my father is elderly and a veteran, never been treated so unfairly.
