We are tourists visiting for the first time! What a great find! The food was absolutely incredible and authentic. Our server Addie was amazing; very kind, attentive to details, and efficient! This place was so great that we ordered additional food to take home before we left. We were told this is a family business started by Addie’s Grandmother in 1995. Plenty of parking, unpretentious clean environment, lovely authentic music.

Solid place for authentic Mexican food. Very flavorful soups, tacos and entrees. Refreshing horchata. Will be coming back.

Great neighborhood spot - fresh food, friendly staff. Actual flavor, unlike most Americanized "Mexican" options.

I order 3 steak tacos, and we're good, I was hungry order 2 more. Not as close as Chicago steak tacos.

Price were reasonable.
No booth, no mini bar.music on the radio.
Waitress very attentive.

I had the nachos steak and it was really good. However, spending almost $10 on nachos that was a small portion and didn't include a soda seemed a bit too high! Haven't really tried the other lunch option but would try again in the future.

I'm always looking for a good Mexican restaurant. This was recommended by a family member of the establishment. Food was ok chips came out hot and crunchy.the salsa seemed made of roasted tomatoes.interesting flavor. The tamale was yum.so delicate not the usual brick like texture. Chili Rellenos was tender albiet a little too heavily coated. Unfortunately it is a small place and a patron's children were out of control.

Love the food. I am from California but this is by far the best burrito I ever had in my life.

I got chicken Mole. The mole is ok. But am i am disappointed in the amount of side rice i got. I did get some tortillas, but how expensive is the rice that i get a small scoop. Its enough to make, maybe, 3 tacos with the tortillas i got. $11.50 for a chicken breast and a small amount of rice and some tortillas is a rip off in my book. Especially since its just rice. Idk how it is to eat inside. But my plate should have got at least double the rice. Literally ate tortilla and just chicken cuz there wasn't enough rice for the tortillas. I don't like leaving bad reviews but when my money is spent, i expect it to be worth it. I don't feel like this experience is worth trying again. Maybe.
