Deeply sad that this location has gone so far downhill. Not a soul at the front desk for 15-20 minutes upon arrival. The dentist I saw, I'll never be back! Rude, (B) ecause (I) 'm (T) otally in (C) harge (H) ere, a permanent fix was not obtained.

Dental hygienist was friendly, professional and did a great job. Front desk ladies were friendly and checked me in and out quickly.

They barely talk to you before your service. Some small talk but then you're passed out. They do a good job w what u need done.dont really recommend.

Very patient and helpful with my son who can be a handful… These are special group of people!

The dentist who applied my composite shaved off half of my tooth into a flat surface prior, so the composite didn’t stay on, fell off 3 times. It would’ve adhered if he kept the ridges. Now I’m stuck with a tooth that’s half gone, it looked better before I tried to get it fixed. Felt rushed and uncared for.

I’m super sad to write this review because I have been a patient here for several years and it’s always been a good experience until this visit. So I went in for a very basic check up shouldn’t have been but maybe 20 minutes in and out but they were way behind and I didn’t complain. Didn’t bother me. What did bother me was the way they spoke to several senior customers, the first gentleman had waited six months for a cleaning appointment. The receptionist told him she had canceled his appointment and she had left him messages and an email most people this age don’t check messages and emails but this gentleman had a landline, but she was not going to be told that she was wrong, and she treated him very poorly. Not to mention she had no information on a reschedule and just told him basically to leave he actually asked her if he could go to another location. She said they were booked out over a year so it sounds like they have a problem overall and then the next two were just very rude in the way that they spoke to people in general, they definitely have the wrong person running their desk It ended up taking me two hours and 20 minutes to have this appointment in which I don’t even know if it was a good one or not but I do know I’m finding a new dentist. Because I cannot also wait 6 to 10 months to get my teeth cleaned so if I’m you I keep on scrolling.

I felt completely at ease. This is my 2nd procedure done while sedated. The staff is so professional yet warm & friendly. Dr Monticello explained everything and really puts your mind at ease. I’ll definitely be using Monticello dentistry again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience in my life. They tried to fix new crowns 3 times! 3! And finally i came back with pain and uncomfortable feelings! And…. They recommended to replace my crowns again! Really? But before I have to do additional gum procedures for another 2000$! I don’t recommend this clinic! Unfortunately I trusted them so much and gave them so many chances to resolve their issues

First time visit/patient and they were awesome and professional. Dental hygienist Kaitlin was fast, efficient and knowledgeable highly recommended!

If you want a place that respects you, your time, and your money, dont come here. They want a consultation for literally everything. Want your teeth cleaned? Too bad. They don't even have dental hygienist right now. They will schedule things before even asking if it works for you. I had to drive to 40 minutes to their Tampa location for a wisdom teeth consultation and they told me the ortho was in CANADA? Oh but they left a voicemail 2 hours before the appointment so it's ok. But if YOU cancel any less than 24 hours before the appointment they need you to cough up 50$. I was just going to cancel the appointment all together and get my 69$ back but the front desk kept pushing for me to reschedule and I just wanted to leave so I gave in and rescheduled. Anyway, if you enjoy misery and losing money, this is the place for you.

Awesome, friendly and professional! Dr Shaw, his amazing assistant Criscen, and the entire team at Tarpon Springs went to great lengths to deliver an amazing experience, make sure I was comfortable and get me in and out on time!

I also needed a root canal, but that only ended up impressing me more. I went to Dr Horn in the Tampa office and he and his assistant Stephanie were amazing. I had never had a root canal before, so I didn’t know what to expect but the entire experience was painless. Dr Horn walked me through everything I should expect and made sure I didn’t feel a thing (after that first needle).

Can’t say enough good about this chain. I’ve been back to Tarpons for additional work and the experience has consistently been just as good as my first. Thank you all so much for caring and doing a great job!

Best ever teeth cleaning ever! As a new patient, I am really impressed with the dental assistant - gentle & thorough, with a level of expertise I have not experienced before.

The office administrator Jennifer, went the extra mile to schedule my appointment according to my specific needs. She is a jewel, a real asset to the practice.

These guys are the best.virtually pain-free tooth extraction they didn’t knock me out. They just numb the area. The worst part was the Novocain post surgery barely hurt very happy with services.

The appointment was excellent when I went to Monticciolo Family Dentistry and Sedation. The staff is amazing, including the front desk to the dental hygienist, Mason and my exceptional dentist. Everyone was personable, and professional. I would recommend this dentistry group to everyone, you will be very pleased with the service, care and reasonable cost.

Had the best experience today with this office. Jessica and Dr. Shaw were amazing. They were both so patient with me and answered all of my questions. They were both so gentle and it was painless! I am terrified of the dentist and left feeling relieved and have told everyone I can how amazing this place is.

Been using the practice for almost 2 years now.including today's visit, the place is professional and efficient.if only they have an espresso machine

Not happy with how I was treated by the assistant and mostly I've called 2 days in a row to be put in hold for 15 min and longer and nobody came back on the phone to say anything.the place has enough employees but it was this young girl named Jamie who wldnt come back I was left hanging and I wld hang up. I tried another day and got the same result.terrible customer service! I won't be going back again that's for sure!
