Recently had my first appointment and dental exam here. Katherine was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. She took the time to break down the costs for me as well. Kudo's to the front-end staff and Dr. George as they were also very kind.

I absolutely love my hygienist Katherine. Professional, courteous, personable, and a pleasure to be around. Oh, and she does a great job cleaning my teeth too.

Dr. George and his assistant were wonderful. They both were fun to be with which if I had been nervous, would have calmed me.

The staff is amazing. But the lab they use for crowns and bridges is terrible. I’ve had to come back on 6 different occasions because either they had the shade wrong or the tooth and bridge did not fit correctly.

My appointment was at 9am and I was taken in right away. The hygenist, Cat, was so fun and thorough. She is engaging and makes teeth cleaning an easy thing. The office staff were helpful and kind, also.

Knowledgeable, helpful and excellent service. It’s hard to find in a dental practice but that was my experience here.

I have been going here for a few years now since my old dentist has retired. They are very professional everything is always explained to you and you know up front how much everything will cost. I recently had an emergency appointment I went to the office and they were able to help me that day and do a filling that day and I have had no issues since then.

Normally visit another Monticciolo location but because they had no appts available for cleaning was scheduled at St Pete. What a great experience, Katherine my Hygienist was thorough, gentle, very informative with super personality. After cleaning Dr Shaw did exam and provided great advice. I will be seeing.him again to replace a couple very old fillings.

I had an appointment for a root canal and two day prior was asked to pay in advance. I paid $250.00 to secure the appointment and tried to pay the rest while checking in for my appointment. When the guy at the front desk told me I owed the full $839.00 even though I had already prepaid $250.00 of the $839.00. To which I responded that I don't owe the full amount, I have paperwork right here, I paid $250.00 on Monday at your Seminole office. I handed him the paperwork and he looked at it, then looked up at me while talking to his coworker that was behind him and said "please explain to this gentleman why he owes $839.00 since he is so sure he doesn't and I am so sure that he does". He said this while rolling his eyes at me, all while talking to the person behind him and had an absolutely disrespectful tone in his voice and demeanor towards me. So I plainly told this person that he is extremely rude and has bad attitude. I also told him that he should think twice about treating patients with disrespect because without patients his office would have no reason to employ him. Now the other of staff tried to step in and resolve my issues. I was told again I owed the wrong amount to which I explained to the new staff member I have this paperwork and I prepaid $250.00. She confirmed that and told me the proper amount. By this time the first employee had continued to try an egg me on by making snide comments and he was told by other staff to stop. I asked the second staff member to repeat that amount that I owe again. At this point the first gut that was rude came from his station at the desk to the other employees station took my paperwork from her hands slammed it on the counter and started getting rude again pointing at numbers and I just lost it. I told him he was being a D#@k, and that he didn't need to treat me with disrespect just because I was able to prove him wrong. I was thrown out and refused service for being combative, according to the note the left in my file. Since when is standing up for myself and the amount of money I owed considered being combative? I have tried to reach out to the owner of the practice as it is large and they have many offices. I was told that he doesn't talk to patients about complaints and that I have been dismissed as a patient and none of their offices will see me ever again. Oh yeah and they won't give back my $250.00 deposit for the procedure that they won't do. This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever experienced in my 43 years of life. Completely poor management with no checks and balance. If there is one person's name on the sign and that person won't speak to a patient with a complaint then how will anything get resolved in their office? Multiple staff members saw this take place. I'm not a perfect person but I will always stand up for what is right. I don't deserve to be over charged and I don't deserve to be refused service when I was trying to explain and showed receipts and was being rudely mocked by your employee. Your other employees couldn't even control him and get him to stop. I have also put in a request to speak with the office manager or regional office manager and still have gotten no response or resolution. Just totally unprofessional management and front office staff. I would never recommend anyone put themselves through have to deal with this totally unprofessional dental practice. Please beware.

Dental hygienist are always great, office staff seems to change a lot, but today they were very friendly and accommodating.

I have struggled to find a good dentist in the area and I love this office. They are kind and honest and care about their patients. Katherine (hygienist) is also amazing! Cianna who is the office manager is also great and very responsive and nice.

Alot of turnover in dentists, technicians, and staff in this office. Be careful of the upsell of additional services and what you are being charged above what your insurance will cover. I would change dentists but am limited on the dental network under my Medicare Advantage insurer.

Easy to make an appointment. Once there, I didn't have to wait too long. Had 2 extractions done. The Dr explained what he was doing. The Assistant T, super nice
