Luu was fantastic and incredibly accommodating, and made my mothers bday so special, while also helping w my very picky 6 yr old! Amazing!

Enjoyed a nice dinner with my colleagues here. We sat on the actual boat section. Although is was pretty warm in the atrium we enjoyed the atmosphere and really great service. We made a reservation at 6: 30 which I’m not sure is always necessary but we didn’t want to take any chances. They didn’t seat us until the majority of our party was present. Again, service was excellent. I enjoyed the seafood stew and their bourbon cocktail. It wasn’t much of a stew which was actually preferred. It’s definitely a bit more pricey than other places, but honestly the whole resort is expensive and to me, it was worth it.

We had a great Experience there. Is a little pricey but we loved it. Be prepared to dine, we took out time and we were there like for 3 hours dining and connecting. It was nice…
Now, dessert was not good at all. Took it to my room because I was really full and had to throw it away.

The food is so bad, service just a little better than the food. Do not try just because it looks a pretty place.

Actually tbh I haven't officially dined in, however although I know the context is different but I am a MOOR (Moorish-American), so I had to stop in and admire the aesthetics and ambiance of this restaurant. It's a beautiful location (boat). We didn't dine in because the menu leaves much to be desired. I would call this a "seafood" restaurant at all. The hotel which this restaurant is located is amazing and we will be back. Perhaps if the menu is upgraded to include more seafood dishes we will dine in during our next visit

Our dinner was amazing! We booked for my son and fathers birthday and had hoped to eat on the boat. It was my sons wish. However, it couldn’t be accommodated because of the size of the party. The manager Mia went above and beyond and sent wonderful appetizers etc to our table as an apology. Our server Said was perfect! He made sure our every need was met. This meal was perfect in every way. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our families day special!

I give an overall rating of three simply because I made a reservation in advance and when I arrived they said they could not seat a party of one in the dining room.

I was forced to dine at the bar simply because I was alone.

If you don't allow single people in your dining area, you should state that and not allow the ability to reserve a table for one.disappointing!

P. S. The food is very good

My California seafood stew was overcooked. I didn't even know you could overcook shellfish enough so that it was so hard to get out of it shell. I would have pointed this out earlier but it took them about another 30 minutes to drop by my table again. Beware!

I went to Moor with two friends on Saturday, July 22. We started with cocktails at the bar while waiting on our table. (They were good. The bartenders were welcoming and friendly.) After being seated we were greeted by Luu Nghia, our server. He was SUCH A DELIGHT! The food was also great - especially the corn fritters, beet/strawberry salad. We enjoyed our entrees too (flounder, filet & pork chop). Luu offered fantastic recommendations and was always right there when we needed him. If you're dining at Moor, be sure to ask for him!

The food was decent, but the service was not. It’s on a boat, so that was kind of neat. As for the other options in the hotel… This is still the best one.

We’ve been here twice now and had a great experience both times. The cocktails are fun and the food is delicious. Ambiance makes you feel like you are actually in the Florida Keys. We will be back

The service was amazing. The Old Fashions at the bar were top notch. Our bartender Lindsay made this a 5 star experience.

My stay in this place is incredible. I would go back. The exquisite food. The careful attention evincomparable. Lindsay you are wonderful, despite being very full at the bat, you had the best attitude and a beautiful smile for everyone. Thank you.

Service was great. First order of food came out cold after taking a very long time. Order was replaced with a hot portion. Food took a long time to come out.wasn’t that busy. Husbands steak was great. My salad was mehhh.

Two of us had to send the grouper back and order something else. Can a restaurant like this really not know they are sending bad product out of the kitchen? No help beyond an apology from our server.

We had an amazing experience here tonight. The bar was super busy but Lindsay did a great job of keeping everyone happy and well taken care of! The drinks were amazing. The food was wonderful. We had the pork chop and the grouper. They were both top notch. Great vibe and the ship out front was really cool!

Terrible food and terrible service. Food was served almost an hour later, cold, tasteless. Never thought you can ruin turfle fries and tuna tartare to the point I would rather go to Chick-fil-A

First off, I was skeptical on the lower star rating. However, after giving it a chance, I'm super glad I did. I don't know if management took the comments to heart or if people are just our of their mind, but this place was amazing.

Which leads me to the second point, everything about this place was awesome. Ron, the server was exceptional. Super friendly and just amazing service. Really loved the atmosphere. Very unique eating on a boat inside the hotel.

Lastly, the most important part, the food. All the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My mouth is still watering as I write this review a few days later. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
