19I got new mopar parts for a fraction of dealer price. They where very fast on shipping. I will buy from them from now on.
Horrible. Absolutely terrible. I ordered two very small screws for an air mass sensor on January 1st. Was charged 5 dollars per screw which is insane, but I couldn't find them anywhere else. I didn't get the screws until Saturday the 27th If you can find the parts somewhere else for a better price do it. For what I paid and how long I waited ain't worth the price.
Seriously, I don't know what these other customers are talking about, every phone call and email was answered right away, very helpful and honest customer service, part was not in stock and waited longer than I wanted, but they told me where the part was and how long it'll take to get from factory to them, to me! Thanks guys!
The parts are original, good prices, and the shipping was fast.
I will reorder from them.
Terrible Experience.
Ordered a parts which supposed to be shipped just in few days but they shipped after 75 Days! And no communication during this period.
Obviously we had to return it because we already got that part from somewhere else.
They did not even reply my return request and very rude on the phone.
I paid $ 74 to FedEx to return it as well as cost of first shipping to our location and restocking fee! Which all was their mistake. They have to let customers know if they are not able to take orders and ship on time to avoid too much cost and wasting customers Time
Got my SRT floormats yesterday, they do fit my new Chrysler 300C SRT perfectly. There was some concern about the part number being listed for a Dodge Charger, but they are the same body and fit just fine.
Thanks to Mopar Parts Overstock for good communications & prices, and for listening to me when they brought the part number issue to my attention. Would use again!
I purchased a new/OEM Total Integrated Power Module (TIPM) from this site for my 2013 Town & Country. I noticed a lot of negative reviews after the fact, so I was skeptical. However, my experience was pretty typical and about what I expected:
1. I immediately received an email order confirmation stating part would ship in 2-5 business days
2. I tried to call (before ordering) to confirm part was in warehouse (stated online that 1 was “in stock”) but did not receive an answer. I ordered online anyways and continued to call. The only time I received an answer was on a Saturday morning.
3. I was informed the part was at an off-site location and being expedited so they can in turn ship to me.
4. It took about 7-10 business days in total for the part to ship. Once I received shipping notification, the part arrived within 2 business days.
5. The part was new and functioned properly.
Overall, my experience was good - despite my initial skepticism. The part arrived in good working order and the overall price was competitive with other similar online sources.
Got the exact part I ordered. It was labeled as Mopar and I believe it is Mopar. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5, is they took 2 days to process and ship the part.

Extremely slow shipping. Order took 7 days to be marked as shipped. Now Order has sat for over 48 hours saying waiting to be picked up. This may take 2-3 weeks to get parts. Who knows. No communication at all. No responses to emails. Phone people are no help. No idea when I will get the parts. I would rather pay more money somewhere else to get the parts in a timely manner.
This place is a joke now, used to be good around 8 years ago… order two small parts 3 weeks ago. Still no response to emails and phone just rings and rings. Order status says it’s invalid. Pretty sure they just scammed me out of my money, I guess I have to dispute the charge. Useless company, you’re better off paying the extra money at your local Mopar dealer or sourcing them elsewhere! Terrible company to deal with. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone like I used to. Stay far far far away!
Place order for parts that were in stock. It took them 6 days to process the order before they made a shipping label.
Order part on NOV. 03.2023, Received a wrong part on NOV. 09.2023, email from NOV. 09.2023 through NOV. 13.2023 about 4 time for help but there no reply.call for help 'Customer Services' put on a long hold and talk like We need them. Finally have a RMA # on NOV. 13.2023, ship it back for exchange same day, over 2 Weeks nothing turn back.try to call they put me on hold with auto answer waiting time 50 minutes x 5 and hang up by itself after 15 minutes.it not about the part and money it about customer car waiting in my shop for MPO responsibility.today is NOV. 28.2023 you ship the replacement for me or not? If your manager need a picture of what going on let me know. I will fix the rating if you return my concern and care about your Business. Thank you!
I would not order from these guys. I have waited for almost a month for a idler pulley bolt. I ended up ordering from another supplier and it was here considerably faster. I requested a return and never heard back from them. Such poor service.

Ordered 5 very small, common fasteners a month ago. They claimed it would take a few days to ship and if it would take longer they would reach out. It's been almost a month and I never heard anything from them. Mysteriously I got an email that the package shipped a few days after I reached out to them inquiring about it, but a month for these is unacceptable. Remember, I STILL don't have my order, but they emailed me asking me to leave a review.
First time ordering from company. Went very smooth. Kept me in the loop with emails and part arrived when it was supposed to.
Tried to cancel my order before it even shipped (a week later) and got no response back! Car got totaled out so I didn’t need it after all. I wouldn’t buy from them! No communication!
