Great team up there at mopeds and more. Stop by to pick up a carburetor And also needed a set of brake pads that have been impossible to find. The guys went above and beyond to locate the pads and a miscellaneous Bolt that I needed.

Call the parts department looking for a specific part for a 1995 Honda Goldwing guy told me he had a couple up there they come up there see what he had and told me to take what I needed I pulled off the part I needed and he said no price take it Merry Christmas no better place highly recommend

OMG awful. I would never go near this dealership alone as a woman. Over two weeks I walked by twice for Florida Hike in forest trails. I'm fully dressed in hiking outfit, no daisy dukes boys. Twice prior to work hours red neck types were hanging in truck in lot soliciting me as I walked by. Im 51 from North East. Zero tolerance for such insulting stupidity. Gross

On Saturday I came in and the price on the bike was 5999.00
I come in today it was priced 4999.00
Then I was told it was priced wrong so I was charged the higher price
Really you should honor the current price on the bike

Nasty place to do business. I tried to. Negotiate a bike at this place and I was dealing with the most nasty and rude person in the world. What a bad communication.
Got upset over every negotiation I tried to do, responding back angry. Was just a business, not a marry commitment.
Do not do business there.
Save your money and go somewhere else. If this is the beginning imaging having an issue and with the bike and go back to resolve the issue.

Our experience with Mopeds and More was amazing! I'd been looking for a small ATV for my son for months and found them in an online search. Jerod, the owner, was who I spoke with on the phone initially. He then went out of his way to text me photos of what he had available, since we live almost an hour away. He offered us the best deal we could find anywhere and thoroughly explained why this ATV was a good fit for our son's age vs other options/sizes. Upon arrival, it was exactly as described and Jerod was there to help. They quickly got it filled with gas and tuned up and tested everything to be 100% sure it was good to go. He assured us that they are available and willing to help with any service or repair issues, should we have any. We've already referred friends there and won't buy our kids ATVs/dirtbikes from anywhere else. Support local, get what you pay for, and go see Jerod.you won't be disappointed!

Just dropped my Vespa off for a little diagnostic, she needs a couple of tires and the left rear brakes repaired. Will let you know how it goes so far it's been excellent.

Horrible customer service. A lot of talking but little results, not worth it youd be better off finding somewhere else to fix your motorcycle should be called mopeds and less overpriced and long waits. I didnt expect to be attended immediately but waiting multiple weeks for results is ridiculous overall 2/10 youd have better luck finding a homeless person to fix whatever you need fixed. Last but not least dont believe a single word terry says seems like a nice guy but is nothing but a trickster.

Mopeds and more hire back yard mechanics they don’t test drive or check trade ins so buyer beware. Only interested in your money.

I moved here from Boston a couple of years ago and I could not find a good motorcycle shop. Mopeds and More is the best shop I've ever been a part of.
The employees are all professional.
They're prices are very fair and my bike always comes out 10 times better than when it went in. Call Perry and make an appointment before bike tober fest. Mark works as my mechanic and I could not say enough great things!

Had my C90 worked on there. It took a little longer than I wanted for the repairs (holiday and they got sent the wrong part), but they did amazing work for a fair price. I will bring my other bikes there for work in the future.

Stay away from this business! They are unprofessional and are only about the money with no concern for the customer. They have no conscious or sense of fairness. They do business illegally according to the Federal Trade Commission guidelines and a complaint has been filed with the FTC and a BBB complaint and Law Suit will be filed against them. This business has been treating customers like this for a long time. I will battle to the end for all the consumers they ripped off to try and put a stop to it. The transaction amount was for only $3750. For an owner (Jarod) to be so ignorant about refunding $3750 must mean him and his business are strapped for cash, another reason to avoid this business! The motorcycle stalled on the test drive and electrical went dead. After a couple of minutes I got it running and when I got back I told them and the Sales Person Andrew said "no problem it's just because it hasn't been run for awhile. I trusted him, MY MISTAKE. 10 Miles into the ride home the motorcycle completely shut down, stalled and all electrical went blank. This time I could not get it restarted or for the electrical to come back on. I called Andrew and they came and picked up the bike. The next day they called me and said it was a bad battery! I told them no way does a bad battery cause that or act like that. I felt there was a short somewhere. They said no the bike is 100% (that came from the owner Jarod). I told them i didn't feel safe riding the motorcycle and told them I wanted a refund and for them to keep the bike. The owner said no way. They have a "All Sales Are Final" policy. I told him I was never told that or ever signed anything to that effect. He said He would not refund my money and he was sending the bike back. They dropped it in my driveway. After 4 or 5 days I decided to take it for a ride just to see if everything ran ok. On a 5 minute ride the left turn signal would not turn off after I turned it on. It just stayed on solid. The running lights didn't work and the head light would go off then on then off then on. This is an electrical short not a battery. I am going to sue them if this is not resolved. I will update with another review. STAY AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!

Now they have blocked me from their Facebook page. That's how they deal with customers! STAY AWAY! RIPOFF ARTISTS!
