Scratched my exhaust during its 1st service on a two week old Chief Bobber Dark Horse Icon. They said they'd take care of it even though I would be back in my home state with my dealer. But, now I get the run around trying to get them to send payment from to my local Indian dealer, who needs the CC number to proceed. So I paid for my service on two new Indians but getting the service manager Marc Beals to give the payment info (has emailed approval to proceed) but no payment info the dealer to support. Horrible post service support when something goes wrong.

I've been to a lot of Indian dealerships and most are great. This one not so much in the service area. Never met a more arrogant group in my life. Called to discuss an issue with my bike. After being on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on I called back. They laughed it off and told me I would need a diagnosis for 180. Anyways went back to my non Indian dealer and he walked me through the problem in one call. Was excited to have an Indian dealer in town but now it's a waste.

I experienced incredible sales and service from Brandon, Anthony, J. D.and the entire Moramoto team. They were knowledgeable about all types of bikes and took the time to help me find my perfect bike. I could not be happier with my purchase. I know where I will make my next purchase. Thank you.

Bought my Yamaha R3, from chase he was really amazing throughout the whole process, made things happen for me really jumped the hoops. I give chase 10 stars.

Giving 3 stars because the parts or service person treats each and every customer different, I got a great helmet at a great deal went home bragged to my husband about it took him there for a helmet and was told we couldn’t imagine to afford any other helmet that was name brand. They lack gear, they have helmets and gloves that are overpriced for the brands displayed, they don’t have any real protective gear in my opinion no armored jackets. As a person who’s worked in retail for many years you always treat all customers the same irregardless or age race or sex. Thanks John

Other than that, a bit pricey on bike service.
Bought a brand new 2023 passed my break in point and asked for first service price and was quoted over $400, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Usually they are very helpful. I had a bike serviced here about 3 weeks ago and they told me they got everything squared away after paying 1200 bucks. I decided to sell the bike to them and they told me the best they could do was 2100. Then advised me to try and sell it on facebook. With no luck selling it privately I decided to call in and asked if they would be willing to honor the previous offer on the bike. Over the phone before I left my house they said "Yea come on in we would be able to do that and you are right around that same number" so come on down and we will take care of it. Knowing this information what would you expect as a seller. Wrong when I got there they said let me just run this over to the manager to clear this. They proceeded to "run my numbers" and told me to unfortunately we can only give you about 1500. He told me all in the same sentence. "I haven't looked at it but we would need to send it to services and spend 800 dollars on it. " So an extra 800 dollars on a bike that was serviced by you 3 weeks ago. It took about 35 min to ride in and about 35 min back and about an hour inside.a little over 2 hours wasted. They are awesome with the first experience and appreciate that. The experience after that.didn't feel that as much.

Brandon helped me out, immensely, the guys patience with his customers is unmatched, I've literally never had customer service that good, anywhere. I'm more than happy with my experience with the company.

I came in looking for saddlebags. Even though they didn't have what I needed, John could not have been more helpful. Great dealership and I'll be looking at bikes here.

So, I did go back and buy a new Challenger from Chris. No pressure, very helpful and easy to work with. Came in looking for saddlebags and ended up buying a new Challenger, helmet and Cardo.

Honestly a great experience my wife and I have bought 3 bikes from moramoto and they have taken care of us every time great store with great employees and Service chase was my salesman and honestly a great dude and works hard to get you the bike you want!

Be very careful with these guys. They changed the advertised price of a motorcycle after I called about it. Claimed that it was sold and "they had another one" at a higher price, which mysteriously appeared on the dirt with the same VIN at the same url as the one I called about. Was the price actually a typo? Maybe, but they definitely explained it a different way. Then they prepared a quote for me and increased the freight price by $250 over what the manufacturer charges them, charged me $900 for prep (my local dealer charges $400) and also included a $400 "documentation fee" for a bike we agreed I would do all of that myself as an out of state purchase. Scrutinize your quote. Buyer beware.

The new management goes out of their way to help you. They make a mistake and own up to it. Very respectful staff. I will continue my business with them.

Brought my Indian in for a same day oil change. Jonathan provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, genuine and pleasant to deal with. I will visit again and recommend any Indian owner stop in.

I had a great experience selling my motorcycle to them. I am not local and was contacted by the owner via Facebook marketplace. We negotiated a fair deal and she sent someone to pick up the bike. We signed all the paperwork in my driveway and I received cash payment of what was left after the payoff quote. They also paid off the loan within 3 business days which was awesome timing. If I ever need to sell another bike I’ll be calling them.

Moramoto is the place to go! Anthony was a huge help getting me set up with my new ride, and JD (the gm) makes great conversation and makes you feel comfortable the entire process.

Compared to my first ever experience purchasing a motorcycle (not here) this is an experience I will never forget. Definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I went in to get a new front tire. We were on a bit of a time crunch because of a business trip. John was very very helpful and even dealt with me going back and forth about the type of tire and the pricing. AND the service was done in about an hour on a Friday. The only place we will go for service.
