I have a real estate company and I needed a quote for some siding, the lady on the phone kept telling me that my wife needs to be there, but my wife is not involved in the day-to-day of the company, she has her own job. I tried to explain that and she would not let me book an appointment. Then I read the reviews and it all makes sense, they are just trying to get you to sign right there and then without any opportunity to think about it, removing the "let me talk to my spouse" excuse you could use when being pressured the way they would do. And obviously the good reviews you read are because a good review is part of what you have to do to get a "discount".

Brandon was a great rep, he explained everything throughly and was very polite answering all my questions.

I submitted a request online for Morgan Exteriors to come out and provide a quote. They promptly called back on a Saturday afternoon - bravo! After explaining my needs (all new windows and 3 sets of sliding glass doors) he asked about a spouse. I explained 1) my husband works out of town and won’t be home for 6 weeks, 2) the home is in my name 3) I make these decisions at home and work - it’s literally my job and 4) I had a contractor here this morning about a kitchen and bath reno, he still wouldn’t make an appointment but offered to follow up in 6 weeks. While I understand why they try to make initial appointments with both people there, exceptions should be made in certain cases. THEIR LO$$$$!

I received a call from Kim shortly after posting my initial review. She was very polite, apologized and took the time to discuss my specific situation. Tonight, Trent came out to my home (10/10/23 - just 3 days after my initial call) to sell me a whole house full of windows plus 3 sliding glass doors. I feel this company truly takes the time to make sure they provide a great product with exceptional customer service. While it was a unique start, I feel confident that this level of care will continue through the remainder of the project. Kudos to Kim and Trent, for their efforts to save a potential customer and reverse my initial impression. Well done. Thank you!

DO NOT go with this company. I signed a contract with them in July and in the contract is says it will start 8-14 weeks after the approval and here we are October and no work is done, no phone call and yes i have called them. The Cherry on top, my house is 1400sqft.they put that my house is 2800sqft and also pulled a permit for the doors.we never disgust the doors. Save yourself the hassle. This company is a scam.

Everything is wrong. Siding, materials, color, everything. No wonder the ratings are terrible. Buyers beware.

Warning this company will not give an estimate to anybody if your spouse is not available for the first appointment. They will offer a discount of $300 is the spouse is at home. They do not have a showroom and the person calling you to set the appointment are very persistent. They may be an honest company but they have to understand that some couples trust each other and one one person is needed for an estimate.

Finally a company that has integrity. Brandon was exactly on time and very professional. Do not give up a chance to have your kitchen estimated. Very straight forward, a great price and great quality.
