Morgan & Morgan reviews
5Morgan and Morgan did nothing for me in almost a year. They supposedly took my fire damage claim but were unresponsive. A bit ago they finally told me they can’t do anything for me.
I made six attempts to call them. Calls were dropped. Beware its a call center your being interviewed by. Poor phone equipment and English speaking skills. I felt as if I was talking to someone at Microsoft. This was the worst experience.
I am 100% pleased with everything from this office. I had Dominic Scavo put on my case and he was very informative, updated me on everything that was going on, professional and extremely down to earth which helps a lot in this kind of situation. I even have his number and was texted to keep me updated with my case. 10/10
Never got a chance to really hate it other than fact of spending about a half hour on the phone giving a recorded statement so it could be passed along to the proper attorney within the organization was told I'd get a call back the next day which I did it said okay we're ready for you and I'm going to pass you over to the attorney and then I proceeded to sit there and listen to the Morgan & Morgan commercials and why they're so awesome for 20 minutes so I hung up and never got another call back
Several times I have had potential cases that I have attempted to enlist the services of Morgan and Morgan to handle. They are slow in responding and put me through a "call center" process each time only to decline my case after taking up much of my valuable time. The most recent attempt has gone for more than a month unanswered. I do not have a favorable impression and experience leads me to believe they intensely "cherry pick" only the most lucrative big money cases. "For the People" they say? What people?
