These people are an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Ben Panz did a HORRIBLE JOB and did Absolutely Nothing! They have become too big for their britches!

Rude, condescending, lazy, and unethical, as can be clearly seen by the content of the reviews left here when compared to those on systems that require user verification, I.e. Yelp. They will take your personal info and never return calls. It seems their whole modus operandi is to only take easy cases that are slim dunks from wealthy people while actively ignoring anyone else who comes to them.

Unprofessional & immature “case managers”, they don’t know how to respect, & you can’t ask questions without getting attitude or screamed at. Don’t waste your time. There’s overall better offices serving South Florida.

I sent a form to get an evaluation and since then they are calling me EVERY DAY in spite of the fact that I let them know that I don't need their service anymore. Annoying. I'll need to report them if they don't stop.

The largest law firm because they scrap all the money they can from their clients. They are for The People-The Lawyers working for their bloated law firm. Plenty of settlement cash for advertising. MoreGain & MoreGain!

They contacted me a couple of times. Seemed that it was going well THEN there was no more comunication. Somehow before I got emails, after this no more contact and somehow the mails eent (1) it eent to spam. In the begining I wss told that if Morgan & Morgan would not take my csse they would refer me to another law firm. It did not happen. I beleive that my age discrimination case was turned down was because I am 65 years old and suing would not generate enough money for the firm. All said I would recomend Morgan & Morgan as they were profession, courtious and thourgh.

The experience of working with Morgan and Morgan personal injury law firm has been wonderful. They thrive at keeping lines of communication open concerning your case's progression and obtaining the best outcomes possible for their clients. Building a relationship with this team has been a blessing, and I now feel more secure knowing that they are only a text away should I ever need legal assistance in the future. I especially valued the initiative taken after my case was finished. They made sure I knew the best method to defend myself in case I was hurt again in the future. They are highly informed, professional, and open, especially Stefano Batista-Cagan, and Vida Garcia, their case manager. I'm grateful for everything.

I was exited after reading reviews. I sent a consultation about my case. They called me 5 min later to take information. After 2 weeks of waiting I called, several times, because I was put on hold for long time, and finally, someone answered saying, they can't take my case, because I didn't provide enough information! What? I was waiting for someone to call me, an attorney of course, not a general service person who just respond calls. Very disappointed, because after consulting a few firms, I have a solid case. If I look for an attorney, I expect to be contacted by one attorney not by a receptionist that very friendly referred to find another firm. Either I had bad luck with who ever answered phone or they are extremally busy to take cases, which in that case, they shouldn't spend money on advertising.
After reading, CAREFULLY, each review, seems like EVERYBODY has a complain. All complains are responded by owner with sorry and sadness for the poor service, but seems like is the same thing for years and nothing has been done.
PLEASE BE WISE CHOOSING SOMEONE WHO REALLY CARES.

The lawyer who handled my case, Jeniffer Londono out of the Miami FL office. Did a fantastic job. Told me my case would take time, and not to worry. She would call me with updates, letting me know it's still on going. Very stress free experience I had. And would recommend to anyone dealing with a car accident.

My circumstances apparently after one minute of deliberating with a customer service rep wasnt worth looking into. You would think bleeding across a lobby caused by negligence (abandonment) would be a reason to sue. But not according to this company. But thats fine im going to seek justice with a company that cares.

Horrible! After having been on hold for 10 minutes, a case consultant had me on the phone for over 45 minutes to tell me they wouldn’t take the case. She put me through to another case consultant and told me she would send all my information to her so I wouldn’t waste my time but the other consultant didn’t have my information and had me on the phone an additional 15 minutes to tell me they do not do grand theft cases. These case consultants are not attorneys or legal aides. They know nothing about the law and wasted exactly 1 hour and 4 minutes of my time! All the B. S. Morgan says in the commercials is bogus!

Reached out to the Miami location. They took all of our information and a week went by and we did not hear from them. We called 3 times and the Attorney finally called back to speak with us for 5 minutes with the excuse that he had been in court. We have not heard back from him. We are getting new Attorneys.

I have seen a lot of 5 star reviews, and i think this is the best place for me to put my hope for a lawsuit, but when i got there i was quite disappointed that my application was denied, they even didn't bother reading through it or giving me any advice.

The lawyer group Morgan and Morgan they are not doing a great job.my attorney never contacts me with and update and I only get info if I call 3-4 times I've had my case for almost 3years and haven't gotten anywhere it seems like they work for the other side but your the one that has to pay them. This is a holy mess with them I am not happy but I want this over.they took my settlement money and never paid me.
"For the people" should be for the people if they're gonna make us a ton of money. So wrong to make us feel represented then dump us.

We called and spoke to a clerk and provided details of my slip and fall and injuries. We were told an attorney would be calling us. No attorney ever called even though we followed up with a second call and were assured an attorney would call. I prefer an attorney that shows interest and returns phone calls.
