19The initial process was nice and smooth they made it seem as if it would be a 1,2,3 process. I was wrong. I get the run around when it comes to speaking with my legal team, I don’t have any updates on my case, the representatives are very rude, they speak over you and transfer you. I will be contacting a different firm for help.

I've been with them for about a year and a half and have been transferred to my 4th lawyer (not at my request). Communication is absolutely horrible. Takes days or weeks for any response. No one knows what's going on with the case. You have to explain yourself multiple times, and it seems like the case notes are never updated. Why am I wasting my time explaining multiple times if nothing is notated? ! This isn't how people should be treated while they are experiencing trauma as it is. You'd think John wouldn't spend all the money on advertising and invest it in quality and competent lawyers who want to close and win cases to ultimately help the people? !

I would not use them ever again. I had to explain PIP to the law clerk. The communication is absolutely horrendous! They took 2 months to issue a check that should have been done in a week. They charge their 40% and then tack on additional fees that you have to pay.
I had the worst experience ever. My workmen compensation case was poorly handled and I will never use this company again.
The time it took to actually talk to lawyer a way too long a week. Do not have a direct contact number. Being laughed at person before her. Still waiting to be called on what is happening. Not what I expect from a law firm.
So far I have done all the leg work pulling documents from medical portals to post, wrote a detailed accident report with photos and furnish pre-existing medical documentaion that would take them months to acquire.
After one month following the accident you would think too that I would have heard from my attorney personally -other than a canned email they dessimate. Just a personal meet and greet over the phone or by video Zoom would be nice. They are good at referring clients for medical consultations though, however.
They do furnish a Do's and Don'ts video about two weeks after an accident, but it would be best if it was furnished immediately after accepting the case.
From all the commercials you would think Morgan and Morgan was in communication with a client, but they are not. Not complaining yet.
It would also be nice to delete repeated documents I have posted on their portal too, due to errors or corrections because of grammar.
Overall, I will reserve adding more stars untill I see increased activity in performance. In fairness, we are still in the early stages of case and an assessment of my physical well being is still in progress. So if the purpose of assessing M&M performance the first month then I would say 3 stars is right
If I could give 0 stars I would. The case managers and lawyers don’t answer the phone or emails. They just waste your time having you run up medical bills just to tell you they’re not taking your case after trying to contact them! Unprofessional!

Worst representation & customer experience ever! Assigned attorney and case managers failed to put the customer first, follow up, nor communicate effectively. Failed to return calls, investigate, inquire, or anything else. No one went the extra mile and constantly insulted my intelligence. Ryan McNeil, Jazmine Arroyo, Valerie Vorpagel, and the managing supervising attorney Dylan Flemming all has extremely poor work ethics, lacks professional expertise, as none of them, worked my case properly, diligently, nor was any of them driven to get me results without me having to jump through a million hoops and having to constantly light fires up their a**es. As a result, my overall experience was absolutely horrible and mind boggling. The ignorance displayed from all mentioned, reflected that the biggest LARGEST LAW FIRM, could be the WORST! Will never find myself to use this firm ever again. Complete opposite of what Morgan & Morgan claims to be! Maybe the owners & founding attorneys should take the time out to invest, train, and teach their staff, instead of trying to have a million offices filled with horrible staff! If "0" was an option, that would be the rating for the lack of representation, effort, and work, that was not put towards my case. I called to fire them and release them from my case, and all of a sudden, they had answers and was settling my case. Only to have to continue to re-submit, and change my closing several times because there were mis-spellings, and discrepancies with the numbers than previously discussed! Take my advise, there are better firms around!

Several calls over weeks followed up with emails sent and no responses from either case managers or attorneys. Horrible customer service and numerous requests for feedback and reviews. None of the feedback requests are answered.
