Morimoto Asia, Lake Buena Vista FL

We did the street food shop outside of Morimoto Asia. The bao buns are really tasty and the Shumai is delicious. We also had the takoyaki, which was so velvety and rich in flavor. Great place to stop in and get a little taste of the Iron Chef's cuisine, as you will probably need an advanced reservation for the indoor restaurant.

Ate here with my wife. We are both big fans of Morimoto from the original Iron Chef. We ordered the pork dumplings, fried rice and spicy ramen. Everything was amazing. The flavor of the pork in the dumplings was perfect. Told my wife I could have just eaten a large plate of those and I would have been happy. The rice in the fried rice was the perfect texture. Was soft without being mushy. Was the best fried rice I have had. The ramen was also outstanding. Was not overly spicy but was good on a December evening. Will be on my list of places to visit the next time we are here.
Added bonus, Morimoto was hosting a special event that evening and walked through the dining room speaking with guests. Can't beat that.

We have been to Morimoto's in Philadelphia a few times so we were excited to have Thanksgiving dinner here. They had a special Peking Turkey that sounded good, but I guess like most turkey dinners we get spoiled. The turkey was ok, but not very flavorful and there was only a little gravy. The fried pork rice stuffing was greasy, but the yams were really good. Next time, I would opt for Morimoto's original menus dishes as our appetizers were amazing.

Also a special mention to our server Eric! Really nice guy, very attentive, never rushed us and answered any questions we had. Please ask for him, you wont be disappointed!

This restaurant is beautiful, the service was good, was a expensive but worth it. Best spare ribs ever

So we had the Peking Duck and it was amazing! The Morimoto Mai Tai is dangerously good. And the highlight of the night, we met Chef Morimoto! He is so nice and humble. Thank you Chef.

Our server was Angela and she made this the best eating experience we could ask for. Recommended the spare ribs, and was 100% correct. They were amazing. I got the Sushi and normally dislike soy sauce entirely. Angela brought me a small serving just to try. Again, Angela was right. It was the best flavor soy sauce. I will look forward to eating here everytime we visit Disney. Thank you.

Ordered duck ramen and California roll with blue crab and hot green tea.

It’s not very good. Like, I’ve had better ramen in a bbq restaurants basement or a strip mall not very good.

The blue crab has a very canned shredded tuna texture and tastes very fishy which is saying something since most California rolls use Krab sticks.

Also picked a chunk of Bay Leaf out of my mouth from the soup.

The hot green tea was inoffensive for being from a tea bag

$41.54 before tip.

Not sure as to why this is only rated 4.1 stars. Portions are appropriate for the price, venue, and quality. Food and service was great; the amount of food you receive is deceptively large and filling.

Not worth it if you really want a morimoto experience. Beautiful space. It was all dumbed down for Disney fans.

Best ever. The ribs are fantastic. I had the Peking Duck. It was wonderful. Everything was excellent.
