My recent visit to Morton's The Steakhouse left me utterly impressed and delighted. This establishment deserves nothing less than a glowing five-star review!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance. The ambiance was perfect for a special evening, and the attention to detail in the decor set the stage for what was to come.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the steak. It was an absolute masterpiece. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. The quality of the meat truly sets Morton's apart, making it a steak lover's paradise.

The service was impeccable. The staff was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless.

The wine list was extensive, offering a perfect complement to our meal, and the dessert menu was the sweet ending we needed to complete our evening.

Always good food and service. Not the most convenient location in terms of parking, especially with the constant construction nearby.

Came here last night with my date 9/30/2023 at about 8: 45pm. Pretty terrible experience with a lot of mistakes. Uncooked/raw chicken christopher that we were unable to send back due to our table being completely neglected. Our water glasses were empty during our meal which was also super embarrassing having to get up and ask for water. The béarnaise sauce was watery and digusting. We were being stared at by a blonde server who kept staring and didnt help us at all until it was too late she came over asking if we needed anything. I felt like I over paid for an apple bees type experience and if you consider yourself fine dining I would take a walk. Managers never even came to our table. Whats the point of even having multiple managers when they dont even do anything

From the opening of the front door to the exit of Morton's, the experience was first rate 5. Morton's in Palm Beach is like a step back in time. The decor and atmosphere are a classic modified late 60 -70's. Being slowly updating over the years without loosing the classic Rat Pack vibe. The restaurant was 3/4 full and you could have a conversation wich was refreshing. The menu selection has something for everyone. Whether your their for apps and cocktails or 4 to 5 course meal you will not be disappointed. Everything we ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Steaks, Lobster and Crab were fantastic. The 5 desserts they had that night were fantastic. Each and every person working there that night could not have been more friendly or professional. They even validated my parking. 09-2023

Not really sure how to start, let’s say I won’t be setting foot inside any Morton’s restaurant. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement.
Today we visited the Morton’s restaurant located at 777 in S. Flagler Dr.in West Palm. The occasion was to celebrate my birthday.
To our surprise, once we finished our dinner, we noticed a cockroach leaving our booth and walking across the wall. We notified the both the Maitre d’ and General Manager, to which their response was “oh my”. No sense of importance or reaction. My guess is this happens more often than not. Definitively, not what I expected from an “upscale” establishment.

Carissa is the sweetest server I have ever met. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Best date night ever.

Honestly not impressed by the decor, service or food. Overall not the experience I expected from a fine dining establishment.

Been going occasionally for years. Food always good and service excellent. 1 1/2 yrs ago.

Disappointed in having to write this, been coming to Mortons for years.
Went to bar area for bar bites. Terrible experience from the start-not Morton style. Returned 2 orders of onion rings -were fried to extent that too tough to eat, crab cakes not even warm, server inattentive, delay in food, delay of 20 mins in receiving keylime, etc. Spent 1hr 55min for bar bites-don't plan on returning to West Palm location at least.
I'm being generous & kind in my rating because of my past experiences with Mortons.

Joseph was our server & he was exceptional! This was my first time & he guided me to the most delicious meal of the Cajun ribeye with Oscar crab & asparagus. Couldn’t go against his guidance after that & he nailed it again with the hot chocolate cake to finish off the night. Not one negative thing to critique on this trip. Sagamore rye was the best whiskey in the flight

Service was great. Steaks are not what they use to be. Ordered 2 bone in ribeyes and 1 filet. The ribeyes were very thin - the filet was big for the 8 oz. Seafood tower was delicious but on the small side. Says it feeds 4 - really more like 2. Again, ambiance and service was excellent but seeing that we go there for an excellent steak experience I can only give it a 3.

People that work there were making sure everyone was comfortable and happy with their food and drinks. Very nice and great place to eat. Service was good. Excellent food, great attentive service. My favorite place to relax and enjoy.

When not sure and there is a Morton's The Steakhouse nearby, I will chose it. They are just good and never let me down.

I had the pleasure of eating here last night, I ended up with the Wagyu Filet (cooked perfectly) and Lobster Mac n Cheese. We also tried the bacon steak appetizer, if you are on the fence about it. Just get it, it was amazing. Lacey was our server, she was excellent and professional I highly recommend her if possible. This was my second time dining here, my first time was in Scottsdale. Service at this location was elite, that's why I took time out of my busy day to recognize them. (Scottsdale was still good service) I did not get a picture of my food prior to eating it unfortunately, it looked too good to wait. Thanks Lacey, Nate and the Bartender. I did not get his name.

The food was fantastic, the service atrocious. It took 40 minutes from arrival to getting a starter. Then my Lobster Bisque (very good) arrived together with my entree at the same time. So the server took it back. As I had finished my soup he brought back the meat and sure it was more or less cold, but still very tasty and well prepared. They need to up their game on the service side very quickly. For a pricy restaurant not adequate!

Sure they reached out and told me to get back to them and since then I haven't heard back!

Like most Morton steakhouse places it’s quality food that you definitely pay for. I like this Morton’s a lot especially because the atmosphere and the Service are really fantastic; this is a place that is very romantic and the perfect spot to have a long extended meal!
