Motel 6 Englewood, FL

Staff during my short stay weren’t great. They didn’t know their own policies and had nasty attitudes. It was super irritating to be told I couldn’t check in because I was 19 (even though the checkin age is 18 and it says it on the window…right next to the guy) and that no pets were allowed (even though…it says on the window right next to the guy that pets are allowed and my dog is a medical alert dog anyways). Room itself was very nice, all things considered! Clean and relatively quiet, spacious and comfortable. Working A/C and big shower. Wouldn’t stay here again by choice, but would maybe stay at a different location.

Great for getting a room on the fly. Good prices and discounts online. Only issue was it was noisy and there was no ice.

Close drive to beach. Friendly service. Re-modeled spacious rooms. Comfortable. All was good. Nothing fancy but gets the job done, if you can't stay ocean front.

Stayed here for one night and once again I was reminded why I skip Motels 6 when booking stays.
Our bathroom was filthy, red dye on the tiles and shower head, hair on the soap holder and a lot of dirt on the floor. Then to top it off the bed my son was going to sleep on, was peed on and it had not been cleaned. There was a huge wet, smelly pee spot on the mattress.
The night manager offer to change the bedding and that made things worse, the smell of pee was so bad all night long.

Such a very kind family who owns the motel. But for being a motel This is one of a kind more like a hotel!

Hospitality is 100% satisfactory!
Rooms are clean and we'll kept. Did I mention how kind the owners are. I would rather stay at a hotel/motel with kindness over a hotel with snotty uptight rude people.

I love the memories of this place and the heart and soul they pour into their business!

The people that run this Motel 6 really care. We were staying there due to a family illness, and the staff did everything they could to help us out.

My family and I were visiting out of town from California and needed a place to stay. Ryan was so helpful and accommodating. We didn’t know the area. He not only helped us with lodging but also helped us with finding a place to eat and local shops to visit. He truly was a blessing!

Rude people at front desk, found a bug in mybed. The tv remote worked when it wanted to. I was to check out at 12, the desk attendant asked me what I was doing sitting by the pool at 10: 30. Don't stay here!

Rooms were nicely modeled, but the air was stuffy and musty. Gross place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t into the heat and humidity of Florida.

Room was nice & clean. A/C was set on a reasonable temperature (75). The staff was friendly & helpful, front desk & laundry. The only reason for the 3 stars is no lamps, no alarm clock, no coffee pot. Why don't you back charge the guest that steal lamps & clocks & coffee pots instead of making everyone else suffer from lack of coffee?

I would like to thank Motel 6 from making my stay this weekend a very enjoyable weekend all the staff working at Motel 6 for very polite and nice. I would also thank all the staff at Motel 6 in Englewood Florida thank you very much all the staff are very nice and polite from the front door the time I left everybody was funny and very enjoyable and I would recommend to stay at the Englewood Motel 6 at any time and I will be back thank you very much.

Not the best hotel, but the best Motel 6 I've been to. Everything was very clean and neat, but no shampoo or conditioner.
