UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and let's just say you get what you pay for! Housekeepers don't change your sheets as often as you think before you go into the room next. Don't freak out if you end up touching something sticky anywhere, lol. Hispanics run this place and will overcharge you on rooms and pocket the extra money! Be careful when making an X RATED experience with these folks!

Garbage. Had to call my attorney and left the property shortly after arrival. A friend invited me over- The front desk is a joke, maintenance stalks your room, no receipt is provided. The front desk lady is rude, un professional, and should be fired. It's a no refund, we like to steal your money type of place. Place is a joke. I'd rather drive 3hours to Miami to stay at a real place like this! Don't get your money stolen. Trash all around.

My husband and I were homeless in Orlando, sleeping in an alley downtown until my husband got a job landscaping. We started staying in the Host because we were desperate and I was about 6 months pregnant. My husband got paid about $365 a week and we were paying the hateful asian man $300 of it every week for about two months. This was right when COVID was at it's worst and all the TP was bought out. The asian man was so hateful every time we asked for toilet paper so i searched all stores till i found some we could buy ourselves. He was hateful almost every time he spoke to us. The room we rented was absolutely infested with roaches.like hundreds crawling all over every night. We bought roach gel and I kept treating the room over and over during our stay. All this being said, I was so grateful to have a room with a bed to sleep on; a place where I didn't fear being attacked in my sleep or waking up to police standing over me. I just hope the asian man learns to be more compassionate especially to people who are just trying to keep to themselves and survive. Ps. There were two adolescent black cats there and we named them Batman and Shadow. They were our cute friends so we fed them vienna sausages plus whatever else we could scrape together.

Liked the cable TV service tons of channels great reception. But the rooms need to be remodeled to be fresh and new.

They have roaches everywhere holes in the wall the owners or very rude poor housekeeping keep your money it's a waste of your time

The first night I got there I was bitten up badly by bed bugs. I informed the front desk and I was giving new sheets. SMH. The second and third night was the same, bitten by bedbugs. I asked for refund and didnt get it. Dont go if you dont wanna be a bedbugs meal.

It is my second time there and both times were very pleasant courteous and respectful friendly and they knew what they were talking about the Chinese man I didn't get his name and also the white girl her name is samika I'm sorry I can't pronounce his submission now yet should niacin but anyway I had a great time I'll be leaving Saturday I'm going to be here with Saturday being here for two nights over two days already. It’s my sort of place. Great for children and older family members. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it satisfies me and my family needs. Cheers!

It had a crazy worker harassing us all night long till the morning. Would not let us go in and out our room.
