Hands down the best doctor office experience I've ever had. The staff were genuinely welcoming. The doctor explained to my 8yr old her issue in detail, in words she could understand. He even showed her the imaging.

Great experience! Very nice office, wasn't very busy. The front desk lady was super nice, so was the doctor. They got my son in very quickly and were super helpful the whole way through.

If you’re a first time patient you’d never know it because this staff treats you like you’ve known them forever! So welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease right away. I went in after being in pain for over a year and within a few minutes of meeting with Dr. Graeser I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan! These days your lucky to even have a doctor who half listens to you so do not miss out on actual CARE! Go to this office!

Greeted when arrived, paperwork was easy, & taken to a room quickly. Had drinks and snacks available in waiting room. Doctor was polite and informative. Very nice visit.

As a new patient, from the moment I stepped into the office, I immediately felt the “treated like family” atmosphere: from the friendly medical assistant Joanne at the front desk to the beautiful, inviting and clean office space. I tend to get anxious when it comes to doctor’s appointments, especially as a new patient, but Dr. Graeser and his staff’s warm and gentle personalities helped put me at ease. Dr. Graeser has an impeccable bedside manner and is very detailed in explaining treatment options. I chose this office for a 2nd opinion on my reoccurring ingrown toenails and I am so happy that I did. I am very impressed with how smoothly the check-in process was and how attentive every staff member was to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Graeser to anyone who needs a podiatrist.

I've had an excellent experience at Motio. And so has my wife. I personally ruptured my Achilles tendon and needed surgery. I was able to make an appointment quickly and get the surgery within a couple days. The surgery went well and the recovery has been going well also, with my rehab workouts at Motio. Everyone working in this office has been awesome and I would highly recommend them!

They don't answer there phone and do not return calls from me a patient or the pharmacy.
Update I spoke with the office manager and she said I have to come in to see the doctor even though the reason is I followed the doctors orders exactly. I only took the presciption 4 days a week as directed. So when I ran out I called to get it refilled. They gave me 30 pills. So it took two months instead of one to take all the pills. So I was told that because it was past 1 month I have make another appointment.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Graeser was very patient and explained everything related to my treatment very well. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Everything about my experience with the staff and Dr Graeser was great. Dr Graeser was so impressive and kind and I already have relief from my extremely painful foot pain. The in-house treatment of x-ray and ultrasound made it super convenient and the treatment expedited, which I greatly appreciate. I can't wait to start my PT. I've been bringing my mom to Dr. Graeser's office for 2yrs. He is very patient kind and helpful. His staff is also very quiet&helpful. I Becka&Joanne this is the kind of office that makes u feel welcomed and at home, I will continue to bring my mom here as long as he is in business. God Bless You All!

Dr. Graeser gave me only 5 minutes of his time, which cost me $100. In those 5 minutes, nothing he said helped me. Oh, and I waited an hour before I was finally seen. I do not recommend going here.

This is the best doctor's experience I have ever had! The office is immaculately clean and brand new and feels so comforting when walking in. The office assistants and medical assistants are so friendly and attentive and always make sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need. The best part of this practice is 100% Dr. Graeser.

I have had a problem with my ankle for the last 7 years and finally decided to go see a surgeon and all he had to do was feel my foot and ankle and he immediately knew what was wrong. I was scheduled for surgery within the following two weeks and there was clear communication all throughout the process. Dr. Graeser is the friendliest doctor I have ever encountered and he always makes sure to take all of the time to answer all of my crazy questions and thoroughly explain everything. He really knows his stuff and has always made me feel really comfortable and like I am in really good hands. I really have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Graeser and Motio and would highly recommend them to absolutely anyone!
