We first looked at Moto several months ago. Carleen showed us around and talked through vehicle options. She was very accommodating and helpful. We finally placed our custom LSV order with Brett. He, Krystal and the rest of the team were outstanding. We picked up our vehicle yesterday and couldn’t be any happier. We felt well taken care of during the purchase process and assured we can “call any time” for future questions or service needs. I felt very proud today cruising around Atlantic Beach in our new electric vehicle. Moto is “Primo”!

I’ve owned the cart a little over year and the speedometer is going haywire. The cart won’t go pass 16 mph and then comes to complete stop. Also something is burning a hole through the back of the trunk near the charger and bumper was assembled crooked. Called the warranty department and was told its not covered. Not impressed with their product. Brett reached out to me and offered to work with me and try to resolve the issues. He scheduled the cart to be picked up the next day for service and returned it 10 days later. The repairs were quick and the costs were reasonable. Brett was highly responsive with the email and texts. Brett and his crew were excellent in customer services! Thank you!

Even though we did not end up purchasing a golf cart from Moto, I was very impressed with Brett Jackrel. Brett took the time to answer all of our questions regarding golf carts. I would not hesitate to purchase from him. We decided to purchase locally.

I work for an organization that provides care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we just purchased a 7 person golf cart with an electric wheelchair lift and tie downs from MotoEV. We are very impressed by this golf cart. I did a lot of research trying to find the right cart for us. We needed a cart that was totally street legal. I priced from club car, I-Con, EZgo, and several others. Two of which did not do handicap accessible carts. I also contacted several business that do custom made golf carts, all of which was significantly higher in price and also told me that once they do customization to the cart all factory warranties are voided. I also ran into issues every little extra thing you wanted to add to make them street legal increased the price drastically! It felt as if some of the other manufacturers would quote a price for the base model and then avoided telling us how much each add on would actually be until the very end. As far as price with MotoEV I was worried that with their price being so much cheaper the quality wouldn't be as good. We took the risk and it absolutely paid off! We are very satisfied by the quality along with the price! They did an amazing job making the buying process easy and straight forward. Unlike the other places, MotoEV quoted me one price from the beginning and it did not change. They also made sure it was delivered on time, infact several weeks early! Another thing that I absolutely like is the fact we have the same warranty as the other manufacturers and still got the exact cart we wanted. They also put premium wheels on the cart instead of plain painted steel wheels I was expecting! I can honestly say when we are in the market to buy a second cart we will be dealing with MotoEV again!
