Motoport USA reviews
20 Bad customer service, the sellers believe they are immigration agents or inspectors, never smile.
They dont have good actitud.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, all practiced social distancing, all wore masks and had a full time cleaning staff disinfecting all areas.
Went in looking to buy a brand new ATV. The seller prompted me to the one I wanted to which he told me they only had 2 models left. The ATVs were being sold at almost double the actual MSRP. The seller did not know the differences between the ATVs and did not even know the actual prices. Dealer disregarded the fact that the ATVs had different options/trims and they were priced at the same amount. Not to mention one of the ATVs was damaged yet was still being sold at nearly double it’s MSRP. I mentioned the actual MSRP to the seller and even mentioned the fact that their OWN website advertised the ATV for its actual MSRP. They told me that those were wrong and that the number they were currently giving me was correct. It really seemed like a number that was made up on the spot hoping I’d be uninformed enough to bite. Easily a scam, don’t waste your time here.
I went with a buddy of mine to see if he could pick up a Yamaha raptor and the sales rep didn’t know the difference between the SE model and the R model. They were charging him $13,000 for a bike that is at most $9,000
Horrible customer service I’m very dissatisfied with the way the employees are treating the customers
The customer service representative that they have on stuff don't know anything about Old jetsky
After searching around the city, I finally stopped here and left very pleased with the service, the deal, and the professionalism. Would definitely come back.
Great service with the sales man (Gerson calderon) He listen and provides you an excellent service, helped me with my credit score and found the slingshot better for me. Great place, friendly environment, good service.
Brought my bike in for a mayor overhaul. I left very pleased with the overall work. The level of communication from the staff was excellent.
Le he hecho servicio a mis motocicletas con ellos varias veces. Siempre un excelente servicio y gran variedad de piezas y accesorios.
Great Customer Service, Alex and Staff are Excellent. Very Fast service and They know Suzuki, And Yamaha. Extremely Professional:)
The 5 stars goes to their ace Mechanic, Tony Ibarra. As a dealership with inventory goes they are weak. If you having bike issues with any brand make or model, Tony is a superstar
Phone customer service sucked! ME; Called asking for spark plugs socket. SALES; Hold on. Put me on hold. SALES; came back, no we don't care it. ME; what about the tool kit. SALE; I already explained to you sir, we don't have! No explanation was given and the first question was about the plug, not the Kit. And hang up! First and last, Ebay is!
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new motorcycle at Motoport USA. The sales staff was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I would definitely buy my next motorcycle from them again.
Excellent experience, outstanding service Steve Sosa its the man, He sales me my first bike 15 years ago then 4 hayabusas and now he sales to my kids (jetskis) thanks for so many years of happiness on the road and in the water, DALE!
I had the pleasure to meet Giuseppe. Indeed, I had gone to Motoport for an oil change for my old bike and I ended up getting a brand new Suzuki VStrom! Giuseppe had excellent seller manners, no pushing at any moment, just showed me the advantage of the new motorcycle; he gave me a great deal! Also, the financing and service people were great. Glad to have new friends at MotoPort!
It's a nice looking store, the problem is that they are too over price and the costumer service is terrible. Those two things kill the experience of buying anything with them. There are many better options around.
Very slow at 9: 30 am staff seem bored and others just working on their syaff i was looking the bikes around no one approach me and really clean
Steve Sosa is great! Very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. Much better customer service than I've been able to find elsewhere. Thanks guys!
Steve and Richard. Great guys that know their stuff. Steve was cool and showed me everything I wanted to see & answered everything. Richard is in parts and he was patient as I shopped around for all my new gear. Showed me the products I can order and shared a funny story about helping out a random guy.
You should stop by they have allot options on watercraft and landcraft.
