These guys and gals are absolutely amazing! I normally take my car to Subaru as I liked the idea of a dealership working on my car, but money is tight right now and I received a coupon for Motor Man in the mail and decided to give them a shot, and I was not disappointed! The energy these people give off is genuine and so welcoming, I even accidentally spilled my coffee in the lobby and they were so kind and reassured it wasn’t a problem. I also spoke directly with the gentleman that worked on my car and he walked me through all the steps of service and made recommendations without pressuring me or guilting me into purchasing said additional services right then and there (fingers crossed law enforcement doesn’t notice my fog light out). I will always go to them for my cars needs and I definitely owe them a Carmel toffee cheesecake! Thank you all for being such nice people and taking good care of my car, I’m looking forward to my next oil change!

Brought my car in on 11/27/23 cause of a noise from the back mid/right side of my truck while turning, accelerating, etc… I also wanted a brighter headlights and specifically stated I wanted Xeon, HID, or LED bulbs. I received a call from motor man along with a report of all the issues with my vehicle. The noises I was hearing was supposedly from my suspension system going bad (rusted) and from a broken bolt on the skid plate. So after I was informed what the “problem” is with my car as to why it’s making the noise I was quoted 4300 for everything especially the very reason I brought my car in to get FIXED (including some miscellaneous things like oil change). I told them to go ahead and get everything done. The following week I pick up my car and after driving it for a couple of minutes, it begins making the noise again. I was leaving town for a TDY so I couldn’t bring it back in so I made a call to them to inform them about my car a couple days later and I was told that it was a problem with my exhaust or heat exchanger and that they assumed I didn’t want it fixed since everything else was so much money. Even though I brought my car in to fix the noise. I get back in town and drive my car at night for the first time, headlights almost the exact same as before not the type of light I asked for (Xeon, LED, or HID). I go to motor man and speak to someone at the front desk. I respectfully explain my concerns about the problems I mentioned above and say that I’m a little frustrated I spent so much money and my car 1: is still making the noise 2: doesn’t have the headlights I asked for. I asked if I bought the part that I needed to fix my truck and the bulbs I ASKED for, if the labor could be free since I paid for both of those things and did not get what service I was supposed to. I was led on a wild goose chase and not given a reason as to why my truck is still making the noise and then… I was given a complete utter lie about how if I wanted to replace the bulbs in my headlights I would have to have wiring and work done in order to be able to handle the types of headlights I asked for because if I didn’t it would burn out and not work. So being someone who knows nothing about cars whatsoever everything they had told me at this point I believed. Until I went to oriellys auto parts. I asked if I could get one of the types of bulbs to one of the types I mentioned above. There employee takes one look in the computer gets the bulbs for 100$ and puts them in my car in a matter of 5 minutes for free. Yes I didn’t do my due diligence and call around for pricing on headlights 100% my fault.but here’s the kicker. When he takes the bulbs out only one side of my lights had been replaced. The other side had the old previous bulb in. It was never replaced! I thought I was crazy and went to 2 other places, and asked them if I could be wrong. They verified that they were not the same bulb and that one was easily visually dirty old and had a different brand and even color of some kinda seal on it. Motor man not only charged me 400$ for “parts” and “labor” on just the headlights but they only replaced one of the bulbs… the one they did replace was a cheap 46$ for 2 which I didn’t get 2 only 1. And only needed to be unplugged and turned in. I also paid to get the High beam bulbs switched but haven’t even checked to see if those were actually replaced yet, if they were which the regular bulbs already were not replaced it would be 92$ for all 4. So 308$ for 5 min of labor? But the job didn’t change both bulbs… as a business this is unacceptable and I would have never known unless someone had helped me out. It makes me question all the other work I had done on my vehicle and if it was even necessary. My problem was not fixed after being told it would be for 4300. So why would I be responsible for labor and part prices again on issues that were never solved and malpractice was present with physical evidence and 3 companies verifying I’m not wrong. I was lied to and led in the wrong direction.

Very happy with my experience here. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car pretty quick (minor issue) and were really nice. Will be going here for future needs!

Great shop great guys kept in contact with me as they came across different issues with my car and even with the random unforseen issues still got it completely fixed in a timely manner definitely will b returning for any other automotive issues and upkeep

I wish I found this shop sooner! Joe and his team are stellar. They were so kind, honest and informative. Best part was he fixed my issue as quickly as possible!
They also have a cat named Walter who made sitting in the lobby way more fun.

Had alternator replaced on 2011 VW Golf. Generally quick all in all, like 3 days from part ordered to me picking the car up. Price for labor was expensive (2 hrs at 150$ an hour). Price for part could be cheaper if I haggled enough. They are nice people and even gave me a ride back home. But I suggest looking around the area and knowing your options. They also charge a processing fee**

Wonderful transaction. They went far and beyond for a simple oil change. Point out some things that will need attention eventually without pressuring you. Will definitely use this place for my future car needs.

These guys are incredible. I got referred to Motor Man by my coworker so I brought my truck in for some diagnostic work.

Andy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and got me scheduled for an appointment.

During the diagnostic check, not only did they bring all the issues to my attention and price them out for me, the mechanic working on my truck even showed me how to fix one of the things myself to save me some money (thanks Louie!)

Joe the owner is amazing as well. He took some extra time to troubleshoot an intermittent problem I've been having by digging into the details.

You'll never get this kind of service at a dealership or big auto shop. I definitely recommend Motor Man! You won't regret it.

Disappointed in the fact pay a good amount of money for one repair causing another in this matter, I hope the ship will be righted.

Was needing an oil change for my Honda Odyssey because we were going out of town. Called Joe over at Motor Man and he said to bring it right over. Before I even got in their business, Joe had come out to greet me. That stuff doesn't happen much, anymore. I checked in, was told I was welcome to a cup of coffee while I waited and they got right on it. Pleasant experience and I will be checking back for future service. John Johnson

Wow, they had great service and I love how they break down the work to you. They didn't make me feel like they were pulling one over on me at all and tried to get us discounts. They didn't dismiss me as a young woman either, yay! I will be back.

I had been putting off having my coolant repairs, after range rover in Atlanta looked at it 3 times and all 3 times could not find the leak. Then it started overheating. I read other good reviews about Motorman repair, so took it to them. They found the problem and fixed it fast, same week I reached out to them. And I was pleasantly surprised when I paid, it was $1000 less than the original quote. Beth

Took my vehicle to Motor Man after the tow man suggested them. They were honest and quick. They replaced my radiator and back brakes during an afternoon. Kept me updated through entire process. Good honest people who won’t take advantage of you!
