Kenny, one of the techs, was very helpful with diagnosing my car when I came to the shop. He gave detailed explanations and the job was carried out thoroughly. I'm appreciative for him and the owner's help. Always a great experience at Motoro.

Highly recommended. Recently moved to Miami and needed a new mechanic. This shop is very trustworthy & extremely professional. They gave me the best price in town and the work was top quality. Great management and a pleasant staff!

I took my car here to get an oil change, just an oil change.
I went home and parked it, the next day I want to start it and the car didn't start.
I called them to see if they could help me with the problem and they don't take charge, they say it's not their fault, obviously they touched something else that affected the car's ignition, the car was good, it started normally every day, it can't because of an oil change, no.function! NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE

They will definitely try to scam you mostly if you are a female. Came in because my axel was messed up and they didn't even check the car and pointed out a completely different problem and tried to charge me for things that weren't even wrong. Pretty scummy business

On December 27,2023, Our 2016 Kia Soul, which was in operational condition, was submitted to Motoro Cars for a routine oil change. The service center advised and consequently executed additional maintenance, including the replacement of front and rear brake pads and a fuel system cleaning, totaling approximately $900.
However, subsequent to these services, the vehicle began exhibiting significant malfunctions, including shaking and unexpected stalling at traffic stops. Upon reporting these issues to Motoro Cars, they diagnosed the problem as engine-related, estimating repair costs at approximately $6,000.
Seeking a second opinion revealed that the engine was not at fault. It appears that Motoro Cars provided a misleading and erroneous diagnosis, potentially constituting fraudulent and negligent conduct, leading to unnecessary financial expenditures. Overcharging for services that did not address the actual vehicular issues, sadly not a great way to start the year.

This place is very hospitable warm welcoming & most importantly they pay attention to details. Customer service is top notch & the employees are reliable and hard working. I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat

Came in for a diagnostic. They were honest, thorough, and showed me exactly what was wrong. Even when I mentioned wanting to do some of the work myself, they were super friendly, offered tips and tricks to do those jobs if I were to do it myself, and gave me a quote in case i didnt. Im happy to say this is a place I can trust, and I will return whenever i need something done or checked out.

The guys at Motoro cars always take care of me, especially Nadir and Youssef. Customer service in Miami is horrible in general but these guys are the complete opposite and know how to take care of their clients. If you looking to get any type of work on your car, whether it be custom work or general maintenance, don’t hesitate to contact them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
