1 I'm so happy I found David! I would not feel or look the same if I didn't have him. I'm 63 and David has given me my energy and my body back!
Having a personal trainer is a game changer! No more skipping workouts because life gets in the way then feeling miserable. All I have to do is get dressed and open the door! David does the rest.
His workouts are specifically targeted for your needs, your strengths, your weaknesses and what you want to accomplish. I wanted definition in my arms and legs, and my six-pack back and David shockingly made that happen.
What I also love is that I no longer get hurt and have to waste time recovering. David is very tuned into muscle imbalances and watches closely to make sure I am holding proper form.
He's also the nicest guy.
