Excellent experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even when we had an issue with our storage unit being booked for the wrong date they were quickly able to rectify the issue and get us in another unit. The general manager Donny Jackson is a great asset to the store and was so helpful to us.

Had an excellent experience storing household goods at this U-Haul location. Many thanks also to staff Oliver, Larry, Bev, and Bill who were very helpful with an issue that came up due to my belonging not being picked up there for a scheduled move and their willingness to problem solve with me until the issue was resolved the next day. Ok it's difficult to write about picking up boxes and tape when you're making a move, but this is a good place to get supplies. Most of all, the people there are always friendly and more than able to help you with your needs. They also have a buy back program for anything not used, like extra boxes. Good prices for material and helpful, too. It's why they got four stars!

Nice peeps and clean show room even had a cool adapter plug for my 7 pin hook up to the trailer and the check in today went smooth also the guy was really helpful unloading the trailer and the chick with the multicolored hair did n excellent job with filing paperwork!

Arrived here at 7 AM to rent a pickup truck. Was told it would be ready at 2PM. Get here they give me a defective truck that was not to be rented. Now being told no truck available. Wasted 7 hours of my time. Poor management
