Location said there were no trucks available when we went inside to the customer service desk. Then the website started working and we were logging in the truck. It took over 45 minutes to get the truck. Meanwhile I was already charged for the truck without even finishing it online.
That’s only the beginning. Once we spoke to someone in the store and got the truck we realized it is a disaster after we started driving. Whoever checked this truck in did NOT do their job. The passenger mirror is completely messed up to where we cannot use it properly and can’t see anything. It was held on by a zip tie. The passenger headlight was broken. The passenger door didn’t fully close. The alignment on the truck is also terrible, where the steering wheel is not in the proper position.

While one person was an amazing help in trying to get us the truck to use for a few hours. He should not have lent us this truck. It is in terrible shape and should be taken in for serious repairs.

Try to make a phone call to find out if they carried an item and all I got was an answering service that would not let me speak to an actual person! I had a simple question I don't need to go to the website!

It's cut and dry, you need a truck and they have every kind. No need to ask of they have this or that size, they do. The return area could be a little nicer but you aren't going to a valet you're dropping off a truck when you're so tired you don't wanna talk anyway.
