I was originally coordinating party favors (15oz Mason Jars with handles) for 400 people at a military ball for my unit at Ft. Stewart, GA. I didn’t see what i wanted on the website, but Kayla said we will make it happen and we can provide Mason Jars with handles. Kayla built me a design concept, and made changes as requested so quickly and precisely. Kayla was extremely professional and understood that I’m a busy person and not always at my laptop, so anytime there were communications via email, she would immediately call me to inform me of any updates or changes. Kayla was able to beat competitor pricing with a design that was 10x’s better, and also helped me get a bulk order discount on top of beating competitor pricing.

I contacted her with less than a few days before production of our numbers going up due to COVID-19 restrictions lifting so we went from 400 to 600 party favors. She made the increase happen! Kayla contacted the distribution company to ensure the delivery truck driver was able to gain access onto the installation since visitors require vetting to gain a visitor pass.

Kayla made sure our order came a week early since we ordered with short timing and the Mason Jars ended up being AWESOME. The entire Chain of Command up to the Brigade level as well as the military ball committee was so happy. The guests loved them as well. Kayla also called the next week to see how the ball went and how the guests liked them.

With an unbeatable amount of professionalism, kindness, and respectfulness Kayla made everything happen. She worked effortlessly, and proficiently. Her communication was impeccable. I have worked in customer service for 7 years to include my 3 in the Army as an Operations NCO, and haven’t seen work ethic from anyone like her in a long time.
