The reason im giving a two is because first of all I walked in and no one acknowledged or asked me if I had an appointment or walk in. Shortly after waiting for about two minutes, I sat down and waited patiently. Upon waiting approximately 25 to 30 minutes, the manager/owner walks in and greets me. Then ask if I have an appointment or a walk in? I advised him, Im a walk in and leads me to a barber at the rear of the shop. The only reason im giving a two star review is because I waited 30 minutes to be seen, when there we’re barbers that were not busy and failed to inquire if i had and appointment or walk in. A customer shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to be ask if his a walk in or appointment or at a minimum place your senior barber with the best customer service at front to greet and guide the customer.

First off, I just want to start by saying Johnny and his staff are extremely courteous and professionals at what they do! I've been getting my haircut done by Johnny over the past ten years now and I always walk out feeling like a King! They can do it all here from braids, hot towel shaves, hair extensions, hair coloring, and so much more. You can even have a free beer or wine if you like during your haircut. I would strongly recommend trying this place!

So happy we found Johnathan at MPHD! Super patient with cutting my sons hair and he always looks fresh!

My husband just came in for a hair cut and had jada (hope I spelled it right).

She was fresh out of school and did such a great job. We are both in the hair industry and have struggled finding a barber shop that he likes.

Jada took her time and gave him great customer service. Being fresh out of school can feel intimidating especially being a female barber in a male dominated industry with someone as picky as my husband lol. She handled herself so well and I was so surprised to get a call that he loved his cut.

He noticed right away that she paid attention to detail and really appreciated it!
