THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! All they do is keep coming back and charging more money and the machine is never fully fixed. These are the guys you use to do repairs if you love throwing your hard earned money away over and over again. The manager is always out of the store and unable to talk. Do yourself a favor and use another company I wish I had!

Outstanding service on my ice machine that was broken. I was referred to them from AAA Appliance Service.

They were on time, accurate in the diagnosis and reasonably priced.

Just be mindful when you choose them to fix your ice machine. They have sent Tommy out to my house two or three times to fix my ice machine and he "fixes" it and miraculously it breaks within a month. The ice machine hasn't moved, stays in the same location, it coincidentally gets repaired, and then breaks again. I am complaining because it is the same issue that happened over and over and over. Be mindful, choose another company, and one that knows what they are doing. Which is especially surprising since they are called, "Mr. Ice Machine. "

Bought a used washer and dryer here. Both broke about 35 days purchase. Of course the warranty was for 30 days. Don't trust them.

They don’t do residential anymore. Was great while it lasted. Only vendor that didn’t try to rope you into contract.

Ron and Tim are the best! Used them SEVERAL times for my Scotsman ice machine! Tried to go to a place closer to me (Broward County). Huge mistake! Wanted to scrap my machine and sell me another! Took it to Ron and Tim.fixed within a couple days and running like new! Cant say enough good stuff about this place!

Great company with very friendly and knowledgeable service technicians. They came right on time and got my ice machine fixed quickly. I read the reviews prior and was a bit skeptical but these guys were on point and professional. If you own an ice machine there's always a price for convenience, the price they quoted me was right on and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Mike is an excellent service tech and took the time to show me some things I didn't know about my machine. It's nice to know there are guys in the service industry that really are so customer friendly. These guys will be my goto for any future service. If there were a six star review for exceptional service it would be for these guys.

Had an issue with my Kitchen Aid under counter ice maker that was not working. While stopped for lunch I happen to see a "Mr. Ice Machine" van in the parking lot. Called the number and talked to a lady in the office who explained the rates and scheduling options with me. Then she asked what the unit was doing or not doing and actually thought is was a bad cutting wire. We set up an appointment for the following morning and Tommy the repair man was simply awesome. Came in and confirmed a bad cutter, had a new one on his van, replaced it and with in an hour my machine was making beautiful little square cubes. Price was reasonable, service was excellent, and office staff handled me very professionally from the beginning. Wish I could give them more then 5 stars.

So refreshing to see a local company stand behind their work! Had then out to replace a motor on my under counter ice maker and it worked when they were here and I was tickled pink! Then a few hours later it stopped making ice so they came back out the same day and found a bad connector on the motor. Replaced with a new connector and back in business. From the phone operators to the repair men I wish I could give more then 5 stars!
