Horrible service. Wouldn’t help me over the phone because the customer in the store were more important. They also hung up on me. Coming from a customer service background that was absolutely horrible service. I am 1 hour away and was just trying to make sure that they had what I needed. Horrible horrible customer service

Horrible attitude! They might be better if you're looking to spend a lot of money buying a pool, but I was just looking for chemicals. I usually go to pinch-a-penny, not even realizing that Mr. Pool was much closer, I did not even know they sold chemicals, I just thought they sold pools. I walked in and the vibe their just felt bad, grabbed the muriatic acid that I needed and walked to the counter. I decided to ask if they also test water, since they sell chemicals. I did not see any of the equipment around, like I see at pinch-a-penny. The lady at the desk ignored my question, a male employee, standing behind her, chimed in and said they did. Then I asked her if they could test for salt content too, since I had just installed the salt system, I wasn't sure if that was a common test. Again, she ignored my question and the guy answered again, but even he answered as if he were annoyed. Like I had asked too many questions or that I should have known that it's a common test. I will be making the longer trip to pinch-a-penny again.

Staff very knowledgeable and very helpful. Always able to guide me to keeping my pool beautiful.

These folks have been doing pools for decades. They cooperate with inground pool installers as well but their primary business is various sizes of above ground pools. And a Nice selection of hot tub.
Pricing here is Very fair.
Staff know their business and are very friendly.

Purchased my new above ground, round, 4 foot pool from Jack. Excellent service. Everything was explained and written down. All questions answered. The crew that installed the pool, Mike D and his team Carl and Robert were professional and easy to work with. Previous pool removed and new pool installed in one day. Highly recommend Mr Pool and the team.

I purchased my pool several years ago and the were the consumate professionals in helping pick out the appropriate pool as well as the ideal location in my yard. They are in tune with all local ordinances.
From a service standpoint, again topnotch.
Need a pump repair? They handled mine as well as a replacement pump last year.

Mr Pool is the best place to go to for anything pool related and now they even sell in ground fiberglass pools. The young handsome man behind the counter, I think his name was Andrew, was so helpful and polite! He is really a gem! I’ll be back!

We bought a pool from these guys years ago and have had nothing but a great experience since. All of our pool care tips and pool care supplies are bought here. Highly recommend!
