The tech was very very helpful and offered us 2 options to resolve our clog in the master bathroom that allowed us a choice to spend around $300 less. Since he didn’t push the high cost option only we ended up choosing the higher precise option because of his honesty. The work was excellent and I’d highly recommend them to everyone and I’d use them again. Nice knowing I was not going to get ripped off!

We had an emergency with a blocked toilet that turned out to be roots not only did he fix the toilet but he unblocked the tub as well. Eben went above and beyond. We appreciate the knowledge he shared. He was very professional. I would recommend this company over and over again.

I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter - Deerfield location. My clients were under the gun to get a plumbing inspection for the roof vent / something the roofing company could not do. Francesca was absolutely fantastic in getting through the city’s red tape to get the proper permit and inspection. A small job for them; a major headache for my clients. Recently I needed help to close an permit for a water heater installation job. I called Mr Rooter around 10a.m. And they promised to take care of it immediately. Around 2p.m. They had a contractor dispatched to my home. He immediately inspected the water heater, updated it to code. Then he contacted Franchesca at the office. She was extremely instrumental in contacting the city for an inspection of the job. At 9a.m. The following day the city inspector had arrived, inspected the work and signed off and closed the permit.
