Micheal was awesome he was super patient with me while i listened to him explain stuff i didn't know! And he fixed our problem in 20 minutes. The price is high but what isn't these days, the customer service is unmatched!

Warren was very polite and did his job revise and very accurately. He explained everything step by step as he worked. I would recommend Mr. Rooter lumping to anyone. Very thorough and good job.

They came in and found the leak for the price they said. But they wanted over three times what I paid to another company to repair it leak.

Mr. Rooter's plumber was quick and efficient and he fixed the leak in less than an hour.

Chris from Mr. Rooter showed up on time, was pleasant, efficient. Placed protective drops over my carpet. Cleaned up after his work. I would use again in a heart beat. Even the bill was reasonable. The 5 units affected by the clog were happy campers when he left.

Outstanding Service! We had a pipe break in the bathroom, James from Mr Rooter came out and had it fixed in less than an hour from arrival to leaving. Would recommend to anyone needing emergency repairs or standard services. I was expecting higher costs due to calling before 8am and was pleasantly surprised to not pay a huge fee.

I woke up to a puddle in my kitchen. I called they had a tech come out within the hour. He explained the problem and what it was going to take to fix it. Gave an estimate which was spot on. About 90 minutes later another tech, James, came out to do the work. He was thorough and explained any changes. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Very happy with the work and the time it took to get look at and resolved.
