Mr. SMOKE ( Smoke Shop ), Tampa FL

I’ve been to aA lot of smoke shops but this one definitely stands out. Good vibes the second you walk in the door, partner with Joe there to guide you through your purchase decision.

I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable as Joe, definitely one of my new smoke shop.

Location is wheelchair accessible, and veteran friendly.

Bought a water pipe here for 160$. Was explained to that this was very high quality shouldn't experience any issues. Literally had this item in my possession for ONE DAY and the stem is falling apart. Used twice before it snapped and was extremely gentle. Other than that the shop was very clean and the guy who helped me seemed very knowledgeable. Not sure if I just got a bad piece but just very disappointed knowing I can't return it and out 160 to only use it twice before it broke.

Amazing collection of glass and fantastic customer service. 10/10 would recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed.

The guy with a bunch of tattoos was soooooo nice. Very helpful and knowledgeable about his varied selection

Bought a disposable vape within a hour it was dead. They wouldn't exchange because of the time even though it's rated 300 puffs. This is the 2nd bad disposable I've bought from them. Everything in the store is way overpriced anyway compared to anywhere else local.will not return

They have a huge selection of stuff! And the customer service was great, answered any questions I had.

I went in to look around at everything they have. Was greeted by a young guy. Very snarky! Very short answering any questions we had and then told us that he had things to do and he didn't mean to kick us out but he couldn't keep walking back and forth! And that was after he told us they close at 2am! I've been in customer service for over 20 years and this was by far the worst customer service I ever had. Don't know his name but he worked Saturday night March 15th. So hopefully the owner sees this and gives him some training on how to treat and talk to people! Very disappointed and will always take my business elsewhere! I will never go there again after that and will make sure I tell everyone about this experience!

Prices aren't that great either- I paid $10 for a plastic grinder that looks like a medicine bottle. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Carrollwood Mr Smoke is the best - the guys there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always a pleasure going there. Highly recommended?

This shop is really nice. Its clean and has a very big variety of didferent products. The owner in here is really nice and he has a wonderful pup that can greet you neamed Teddy.

My friends & i all got pieces that we wanted according to our tastes. Tampa location was great and helpful!
