Did a good job better than the dealership but I got the car from. Impress with their quality of work got all the bugs off the front end

Quick and they did a great job. They even helped me take out some scratches I thought wouldn’t come out.

Because I wanted to purchase a basic wash they took my money and then made an excuse not to clean my car by saying my rims were to big to fit through the machine. This was after the fact when I first arrived and the sales lady tried to sell me a more expensive wash saying they needed to clean my rims!

Stopped by this location on a Saturday morning really needing to clean my car for an outing this afternoon. Their online business hours state they open at 9: 30am. I arrived at 9: 30am SHARP and no one was there. I waited for 50 minutes and my 10: 20am I decided to take my business elsewhere. The number they have listed on their business went straight to voicemail. This is the second time this has happened to me!

Many bad reviews, was going there to get my car wash. But after these reviews don’t think so

Any good new reviews you see must be the new owners and his buddies posting them or must be because its their first time getting a car wash in a year and it will obviously look better (And not even). If you into getting a very good, detailed car wash (even a basic wash) look else where! This place WILL NOT DO THE JOB. It is under new management so we decided to give it another try (old management sucked too) and it still was not worth the money. As business owner I spoke to the lady in charge and instead of empathizing with the customer who is correct she wanted to argue AND say no they did a professional job. I told her I was not there to argue with her, just letting her know, the prices does not match with the service. Another lost customer. BAD MANAGEMENT, PRICES AND HORRIBLE WASH. KARMA CAR WASH in Biscayne blvd is the best in Miami.
