Mr. Squeaky Car Wash, Pompano Beach FL

We drove down to Florida from NJ. My boyfriend is very meticulous with his car. He gets it washed every single week. It just went up to $22 up North. 4 guys wipe down every single car completely that comes through and they do a tire shine, which is included with the $22 price. They also vacuum out every single car and clean all the mats.
Fast forward to Mr. Squeaky Car Wash. We saw that the $20 fee included a tire shine. We decided to go up to a higher price which we thought would include more amenities, because $35 for a wash is just too much.
From the very start the guy who is supposed to spray down your car before it enters the wash didn’t do a good job. Then the car went through the automatic wash and we pulled around to where the guys wipe down your car. We were told that the tire shine is not included in the $25 wash or the $35 wash. We were told by the workers drying off the cars that it would be an extra charge for a wipe down and tire shine. This is ludicrous! They’ll include the tire shine with the $20 wash, but not the $25 or $35 wash! My boyfriend had to pull over and wipe down and vacuum his own car!
This place needs to get their overpricing in-line with the amenities it offers. It just doesn’t make any sense. I was told the owner recently changed things and the gentleman who helped us with the pay agreed it’s crazy! Tons of complaints!
Their signs don’t explain what every amenity is that is included and not included in their pricing.
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to overpay and not get any service!
My mother goes to a place that charges $18 for a complete car wash and they do tires, and the inside and wipe down every car. I will never use this car wash again!

Horrible customer service! Horrible service!
They did a promotion in December with "membership requirements" that didn't appear on any sign! I called to get a refund, they didn't care! I will never go back to that place again! They didn't refund the $20 but they lost a customer who would spend more than that in a year and will never recommend to anyone again!

I was a member for over 2 years, letting them wash my car, putting up with out of order vacuums. In Oct '22, I went to the Kirkman location to cancel my plan because the car I used there plan for was no longer operational. Today I noticed that I'm still being charged! I contacted them on this, the guy never even called me, whoever it was handled the whole conversation via text and said the plan was never cancelled and I couldn't be refunded because I didn't go to their website. What? ! I would absolutely not recommend this company. Go to Johnny's car wash or something. And definitely do not set up direct debit.

Have been coming for many years…no complaints. The last couple of time, including today, the pre car wash spray, (prior to entering car wash,) does windshield, drivers side a little and that’s all. Used to be, front grill, windshield, wheels…both sides. Why? Price is the same, Amin the only one that is disappointed?

They WILL add the $5 fee to start charging your card every month whether you want it or not. It's a glorified gas station car wash where you have to vacuum your own car!

This place is a rip off with that buy a car wash for $5 more to get a unlimited wash for 30 days. Make sure you go to them after getting your receipt and get the sticker, because they won't care if you purchased it. They're all about getting money out of you any way they can. They have no empathy.

Tore the air vent off the hood of my mini Cooper $20 carcass costs me 300 in repairs manager was rude and told me not to come back. That's a joke let me bring back and see what other damage you can do to my vehicle

This place used to be my go to, and now they have someone standing at the automated kiosk. So I tell him to pick the highest grade car wash option expecting the regular full service, as always. He does so, doesn’t say a word about not operating at full service level. Paid $25.00 to drive my own car through an automated car wash. Only to pull into the detail area to get ignored for ten mins, then told they only detail one car at a scheduled time. I get it, staffing issues, but then why are you paying someone to stand at the front kiosk, to NOT tell people that the services your in business for are not running at full capacity. Bad business practice.

First time back in a while. One employee on the property wearing a Busy Bee t-shirt. I believe it in the process of changing hands to Busy Bee car wash. My car came out almost as dirty as it went in. Most of the $18 package extras never turned on as I went through the wash.

It was great UNTIL…… they turned the Vacuum off. Yes it closes at 7: 00pm but it’s 7: 18pm and they obviously saw me there but didn’t even do me the courtesy to say You need to wrap it up. Now I drive away with the driver side not vacuumed, not even the backseat where I can’t see that this sucks. New name “Mr. Sucky”!

They used to have. Someone to clean in and out but right now
Don’t have anyone to clean inside or wipe outside
Paid 30 for tire shine and outside clean
Car was dirty
Employ came to wipe for me that was nice but still money is not worth if you want to just clean outside and free vacuuming for 15 maybe

I have a van and it goes through the car wash comes out very clean the wash is only $9 you can always add extra things to it but it's a work truck so I don't

I bought the deluxe wash that came with tire shine. The light did not come on when going through the wash and when I got home I did not have any tire shine. Very poor maintenance by the employees. Also they did not offer their full service option today and I really needed it. It will be a long time before I go back.
