Fast and courteous service every time. Honest. Decent prices. And they just do the work you ask you to without putting up a big hubbub about all of the things that are wrong with your car. They just want you to be pleased with their work so they can help the next guy, and I truly appreciate that. I'll be back.

If I could give this place no stars and still write a comment I would. Went to mr.tire with my spare tire on my truck I had my original tire and rim in the truck got there and waited 1 hour to get a tire on my rim I explained multiple times that I needed to put my original tire back on my truck when they finally got the tire on the rim I took a look at the tire and found a plug in the tire mind you I just paid $70 for a USED. The guy who put the tire on the rim failed to inform me before he put the tire on the rim that he plugged it i would have never sat for 1 hour and paid $70 dollars for a plugged tire. Then the guy who did my tire didn't even want to put the tire on my truck he complained that I should have informed him I needed the tire to be put on my truck but like mentioned earlier I informed him multiple times already. Well long story short I feel like the owner of this business was trying to kill my family I do not ride with plugged tires because plugged tires have a bad reputation. The owner of thhe Mr.tire was extremely rude and even more unprofessional there where 4 cars that left while I was sitting there for 1 hour because nobody even acknowledged that they showed up so they left and took there business else where now we know to never go there again

Thought they hooked me up on tires but just found out they cross threaded my lug nut! So no, they didn't help me. DONT GO HERE! Unprofessional, ratchet shop. This is a picture of the tire I bought from these grifters. Go here at your own risk!

I didn’t have any experience
But I called for my wife who had a blowout
Told them she was coming and they replaced the tire for her immediately as she pulled in
As we are heading to ny from Florida they made this horrible circumstance not as bad
I wish more places were like this
Cheap and fast but most of all friendly and willing to work with us

Great place, super friendly staff, very professional technicians. They gave me a great deal, and open 7-7 even on Sundays.
Do yourself a favor and go see.

Great place always take care of me. Got a tire and it had a slow leak. And they still fixed it at no charge good people trusting my word. Most places wouldn't have

Don't buy new tires from them I got two new tires from then the didn't tell me the price until the put them on the vehicle they where $125 each with no warranty or an option to add any. Then I found out they put on Walmart tires that where only worth $62 each with a road hazard warranty and manufacturer warranty

Bought a set of tires from here with road hazard. I got a nail in my rear passenger tire 2 weeks later. Came back to them and they replaced the tire with no hesitation. Great customer service and great staff. 100% A+ service.

I woke up to a flat tire and I had to leave for work in a couple hours. I love knowing I can always count on Mr. Tire to be available. They had just what I needed to get going and Jaime took the extra care to mention a few options I had for my rim. I really appreciated his kindness and open regard to help me out. I don’t have a father to help me in these kinds of situations and I really am grateful I felt like I was in good hands with him this morning. I’ll always continue to go here for my tire needs and I recommend to anyone in need! Thank you Jaime!

Stay far way over priced tried to take one 33/12.50r17 to get swapped thay wanted to charge 60.00 per tire every one else is charging 30.00 in town

Went there this morning to get some wheels swapped out. They were friendly, fast, and excellent service! While there I observed a steady flow of people coming in for various things, tires or tire repair and was very impressed at how they treat everyone.
I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We got here right as they were closing but they helped us get a tire on our truck which was very much needed! We greatly appreciated them helping us even though they said no more customers we will definitely be back here again.

Saved us on Sunday July 3rd, only place open. We blew a tire, donut spare, grabbed a used tire and back on the road within 15 minutes. Amazingly efficient, friendly and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Will not go back! Bought a tire It went flat the same day I brought it back they cuss me out. I went to Georgie boys tires a couple blocks down got same tire half the price of them, and came with a warranty for used. Fast an professional!

Wow where to start, my dad warned me about this pace, he said they charged him a hundred bucks for a used tire on a 14" rim! LOL. I was like dad all im having them do is put 4 new tires that i bought already on the rims and balance them. It was a Saturday and we live near by so I call and speak to someone and they say 25 dollar per tire with balance and install. Thats the same as Johnson City Tire where we usually go so I was like great I'm on my way. I arrive and wait outside because they closed thier wating room soo 95 degrees it is no problem. Once done I go to pay they want 35 per tire. I told them that I was quoted 25 per tire and they were like "oh you got a price already" I said yes. They honored that BUT, The fact they said oh you got a price means they price work arbitraily so you may be charged one price today and a different price next visit. SUPER bad way to do business. Sleezy. But after seeing the employees they hiire it all makes sense. SOO finally done, I ride home. All good. I ride to work back tires start to wobble hard, I had a freiund watch me drive and he says the tire is wobbling. We inspect the lug nuts and the lackeys that work for this place HARDLY tightened the tires ALL of them needed to be retightened, I could been in an accident and no way to prove what happened. This place is awesful STAY AWAY, the guys covered in biker tatts. Its EXACTLy what you think. Not one of the people there was friendly or helpful. We will never be back

These people are scammers. I bought a tire from them and less than 8 hours later the tire was bubbled and there was wire sticking out. We were stranded on the interstate we 3 elderly people and 2 kids. Not only did they not care when I called them to let them no what happened, when I went up to simply ask for a refund for the one tire I was told no and treated like trash. There is a reason you can only talk to them through a hole in a door. Because they frequently scam people out of money. Save yourself the pain and don't go here.

Tried many times over time to purchase from them. They never have my tire sizes, no matter what vehicle I own. Also poor customer service. I always have to search for an employee to check their stock. They always disappear in the rear yard & comes back to say, "No, don't have that size". Real bummer.

I'm new to the area, and (randomly) chose this shop; I showed up on a donut, with ANOTHER tire also on the verge of blowing. I was on a VERY limited budget, and under a great deal of stress. The employees were ALL compassionate and genuinely concerned; each of them went FAR above and beyond to ENSURE I left their business with safe new (used) tires. Their prices were reasonable/fair, they were fast and efficient, (despite being busy), and their custimer service was impeccable. A special acknowledgment to Jayme, (you know why)! I will definitely frequent this establishment for ALL my future tire needs. Thanks for saving me On this day! And again, THANK YOU JAYME, for showing me that chivalry DOES still exists in this seemingly selfish world!
