MRI Scan & Imaging Center: Kagan Robert MD, Fort Lauderdale FL

I am very claustrophobic and had to reschedule and get medicine to sedate me. My tech was Blair he let my mother come back with me and was so very patient and understanding! I would highly recommend him, the staff and facility

The clinician’s expertise and overall customer service from the MRI scan center was outstanding! Blair, the CT tech was efficient, highly competent and very personable. Christina at the front desk was great as well. I have been in healthcare for many years and I highly recommend it!

Julie and the rest of the staff are very friendly but also very professional. I was seen in a timely manner and my scan in January and my MRI last week went very well getting results super quickly.
I would recommend this scan center to anyone needing any imaging done.

My experience there at the beginning was not good no fault of anybody there just that my mom recently was diagnosed from cancer I’ve been running for three weeks all over trying to settle things up get doctors appointments and of course I was there on the wrong day the lady at the desk Shanice was amazing I must say without her I probably would’ve lost my mind what a great staff and beautiful people thank you very much for all you’ve done for me and my mom Shanice you especially you’re great and I love what you do keep on working keep on being who you are thank you Edward Donnelly and family

When you arrive, Ms. Shanise is a lovely front desk person who helps you fill the information forms in, quite quickly and accurately. I then to an interior waiting room that had no less than 6 kinds of gourmet coffee and a very large flat screen TV which happened to be playing Let's Make a Deal. I was to have an ultrasound of my right leg, from top to bottom on the right and the efficient and extremely courteous Laritza had hands like a surgeon in strategically positioning my leg to get the best result and the clearest reading from some major arteries from my groin to just above my ankle.what a PRO! As had been my previous experience, everyone is polite, circumspect, respectful, and helpful. I am sure no other place is as friendly and efficient as they are. Simply put.they are the very best.

Upon my 83 year old mother approaching the receptionist named Julie she was asked if she completed her online registration form. When she answered no she said she was going to send a link to her cell phone to complete the registration. Very rude cold and unprofessional she then went on to delay our check in process and complain about us to the next three patients and overly thank them for having their registration forms already completed. The one star was for the very nice technician named George.

We were so thrilled to find MRI Scan & Imaging. Our son has a rare genetic condition, NF2, which causes brain and spinal tumors, he has MRIs every 4-6 months to monitor growth and has been in a chemo trial for 6 years. Dr. Kagan's office has made the process so much easier for our son. What used to be a full day at JDCH, is now just over an hour. The most important aspect to us is that his MRIs with contrast from MRI Scan & Imaging are always of excellent quality, which is very important to his oncologist at Mass General. The tumors start out very small so image quality is very important. The speed of the equipment has cut down our son's imaging time in half. We are so grateful for Dr. Kagan and his technicians for the quality, convenience and timely images! It has changed our son's life and reduced the anxiety for the MRI's.

Had an U/S of abdomen back in May 2021 by Technologist Laurisa (spelling?). She really was great and I was glad she did my scan. She explained entire process and was very personable. I have had many imaging studies at this facility-mostly MRI’s and I always feel that I made the right choice. Special thanks to Lauriza!

Competent and courteous staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone did their jobs well and with respect for the patient. A special acknowledgment of Cindee for her patience and pleasant personality. I can highly recommend MRI Scan & Imaging Center.

I went there on Friday night for an MRI of my foot. George was my Technician and he was so helpful. Friendly, caring and professional. I will gladly be going back to MRI Scan, if the need arises for another diagnostic exam. It is a scary time and to able to be helped and put at ease with someone who cares as much as George showed he does thank you.

The staff was awesome. I am claustrophobic and they were very caring and kind to make me feel comfortable. This is the only place I go for MRIs. Highly recommend.
