2This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have used it’s safe, secure and you have your own individual code to enter the gate. If you happen to have an an issue with your code. Just call customer service, they’ll get you in, in just a few moments, Customer service team has been really helpful very polite and the prices are phenomenal and the online process for renting a storage unit is by far the easiest! This was by far the worst storage facility I have ever seen or tried to use. They gave me a code to use and it wouldn't even work seriously this place is so bad that I don't even want to waste my breath the remainder of my experience here needless to say I called and canceled immediately do not waste your time
