We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Mermaids Cleaning Service. The Office Manager, Julie was so pleasant on the phone and when she visited us for an estimate. Very professional, sincere and super thorough and very attentive to our needs:) Our experience with Lisa and her team was also professional. They were pleasant, hard working, very accommodating, courteous, etc. Our house looked and smelled so GREAT. They went above and beyond! I feel so Blessed to have found a company and a cleaning team like Lisa that did an exceptional job. And I look forward to having them again:) Thank you very much for your service.

I needed a deep cleaning for a move out. They did a great job within the hours quoted. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would use them again.

We hired Brittany and her team to come do a deep clean during a construction project. We needed a good cleaning before our big furniture got moved in and buried all of the debris under it. They did a fantastic job and literally mopped themselves out the front door. I look forward to having them return for some touch ups after all of the construction work is done.

Nice People, but poor Cleaning. I needed a move in clean done on a home that I had purchased. I contacted them and they were able to swing by the residence to give me a estimate. I was quoted a certain price and agreed to it. They arrived on time and started cleaning, I was told that they grossly under estimated the price because of the condition of the home. They said that they would only be able to do the master bedroom, master bath, and Kitchen for that price and i would have to pay more for the remainder of the house. They also stated that they would have to come back to do the remainder rooms in the home.
I had scheduled this with them for the following week, I was not going to be in the home as it was a out of state move. When the day came to finish the cleaning, which I had agreed to pay more. They did not show up, I texted and was told they were too busy and we would have to find someone else to the rest of house.

We have now moved in and discovering that the rooms that they had cleaned were not done to satisfaction. The tops of the cabinets still had grease on them. Some of the cabinets were not cleaned, I was aware that some could not be cleaned because the previous owners had left stuff in them. The cabinets that were apparently cleaned had to be cleaned again because of crumbs and grease.

I am not one to complain, but it is only fair for what I paid to give a negative review.

Britney is very professional and thorough. She is privately ran with just her self as the owner and her employee she’s had for 2 years! Britney promises always to be there as the business owner performing and inspecting cleanings. She is Lic, insured and bonded as well. She comes fully prepared to do services as well. She always on time and keeps me on a synchronized visits. She is also a Christian God fearing woman, so I feel safe having her enter inside my home! She really knows what she’s doing. My house is always so clean and smells great for days. My family and pets love her. She also goes the extra mile to make us happy!

She cleaned my office so well I also had her clean my house Best cleaners in town the owner actually works her own business you don’t get someone new every time like other companies do.
