Excellent experience with Mt Zion Moving! We had a piano moved and I am so glad we chose this company. They were knowledgeable in all the intricacies of packing and moving pianos. They were on time, professional and wonderful to work with. I'm a Realtor and they are now on the top of my list to recommend to clients.

Terrible experience! I had been communicating with Mary to move a hot tub from Seminole Heights to Carrollwood. She quoted me $450. Throughout all our communication there was full disclosure regarding the placement of the hot tub at the tub owner's house & where it was being moved to at my house. The hot tub owner and I sent numerous pictures and videos to share details about the location and terrain of both houses. Mary even spoke and texted with the hot tub owner. She said we would need a 3rd mover to get the hot tub out around the tub owner's pool construction so the tub owner was kind enough to pay an additional $90 for the 3rd mover. The day before the move Mary sent a text saying, "I just got off the phone with Ms. Jessica, and just by chance she is one of our prior customers. How cool is that? And she did do a deposit for you of $90 because I'm having to add on a third person for the hot tub move and she offered to pay for it. So as far as your portion, it is the $450.00 as originally quoted. " The day of the move the hot tub owner told me that 3 very inexperienced guys showed up with literally no equipment and they had no idea how to move a hot tub! She and her parents had to actually teach the guys how to move the hot tub using PVC pipes AND then help them do it! When the movers arrived at my house with the hot tub my husband had the same assessment of the movers' capabilities, lack of proper equipment and skills for this type of move. THEN. After the hot tub was finally in place, Mary called me and told me that instead of the $450 that she originally quoted me AND confirmed the day before, it was now $840! She told me if we didn't pay the $840 they would put the hot tub back on the truck and take it away! This was so unethical and I feel completely duped by this company! I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as soon as I finish typing this review!

The best movers in town. Hector and Prince are the best and did an amazing job! They were very courteous, friendly and professional. They took such great care of our furniture, wrapped everything and made our move so easy. May God bless their company!

My movers, Gerald & Andrew, were awesome! They gently wrapped my items and made sure everything was secure. They were on time (actually a few minutes early), efficient, and professional. Communication between Mary, the movers, and myself was excellent. Mary took very good care that I had what I needed and kept me informed. I highly recommend this company.

This moving company was great! Malcolm, the foreman was professional and ensured his crew were in step and provided superb leadership. They were patient and one of the beat moving companies I have seen. You will not be disappointed!

I used this company three separate times for one moving project. They advised me the day prior of the time they would arrive to complete the move. They have arrived within the time frame each and every time. I received a call when they were on the way and how far out they were from the meeting place. These fellows jogged from truck to house. They hustle and are dependable. They took great care handling my belongings and were attententive to any special instructions I had. - Mary is the one who answers the phone. She keeps in touch on the days leading up to the move in case there are changes. -OUTSTANDING!

It was an amazing experience to work with Mary and her team. Mary was able to get me on their schedule at a short notice with a reasonable quote. We had to move our furniture from the ABF service center to our apartment. Robert and team showed up with the truck and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them in the future again.

Mary and the moving people were constantly available and able to contact immediately the entire move. I consider this more important than anything else as most moving companies pick from the same pool of workers as they are needed, and are difficult to contact with any concerns or questions. Robert (the lead man on my move) is an employee of this company only, and an extremely hard working individual who knows exactly what to do. He had very able and careful assistants helping him along, also. Thank you to Mary, Robert, Marlin and Prince!
