MTJ Paint and Body Shop Miami Fl

I’m not sure where these reviews are coming from but my experience with this place was unorganized and unprofessional from the day my vehicle was towed there. Over the phone initially everything sounded great. Later loss of paperwork for insurance company, lost vehicle and unorganized! I would never advise anyone to go here.

Overall great experience. Great guys to talk to, don’t hesitate to come on over to these people. Won’t be going anywhere else that’s fursure! Quick, quality and affordable!

This place generated a quote of 1200, after that we negotiated 1000, but the owner said that the back would have to be painted completely, but he did not do anything he said! He also requested a good review when his work was very poor!

I had a wonderful experience with my 2020 Range Rover at MTJ Paint and Body shop! Armando was very easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, and very kind. Paula, who works the front desk, was very nice and efficient in taking care of details with my insurance company. They had the work done and my car looking brand new in just two days! I was very impressed with the work they did, how quickly they got it done, and how easy they made the process. I would highly recommend MTJ Paint and Body shop.

Most amazing group of people I have ever met. Definitely, angels sent from above. They assisted me from the scene of the accident all the way down to dealing with the insurance company. They looked out for me and my interests. They do excellent work and very committed on doing things as they should be done: the right way, upfront and honest. Always willing to go the extra mile. I had some paint chip off my car and these guys were far less expensive than everyone else and they did a great job.

This is the first time I have had to give a bad review for a service I got in my life, cause I do service also so I am really sympathize for people in the same field, but it is so over my limit. I got an accident and got the estimate from State Farm my insurance company. It was around $2.300. I looked for some Car body shop in Miami to do research and decided to come to MTJ coz the good review. But hell no I was SO SO WRONG. They tried to convince that with that price (everyone tell State Farm Insurance always has a good estimate for their clients) they can do better than other Car body shop the insurance company suggested. I left my car there with 3 fix-days like they promised. Also they said they will update my car status by email or text to me, they will work and deal with the insurance, I don't have to do anything, etc. In real they have not did for more 3 weeks or even they did not pick up and ignored my calls, and my car is still there. So tired to call like everyday with promises next Monday, this Friday, next Tuesday.and they also promised they will pay for the rest of Rental car fee the insurance does not cover cause late process. After 2 weeks, I was not patient anymore then made a call again and they told they have not fixed my car yet (what?) cause they have not received any money from my insurance. I called to State Farm immediately and requested they sent the check over night straight to the MTJ cause they sent to a wrong address with the amount $3.400 like MTJ said. When they received that check, they sent me another email with a $5.700 bill? Surprise me again? And requested me to do the deposit with my credit car for another $2.300 I have not never known. They also said I have to pay for the rental car fee has been for more than 3 weeks already coz they fix my car on time even I have not picked up my car yet. Seriously? How can I deal with the bad and not honest service like that? And funny, I spoke with the same guy used to say I don't have to pay for that. Should you need a record for the conversation when I am phone with you guys MTJ? So waisting time and headache with that business, I am so wonder how they can have a 4.9 stars reviews here!

MTJ is the best! Armando the owner helped me very professional great customer service they left my car brand new! They have towing services. Paint and Body Shop Prices are very cheap highly recommend

Worst customer service ever! The owner is too busy working on his car to even answer his phone or return any calls. If you want to be able to get updates about your car or anything else from a shop, this is not the spot.
