Mueller Animal Hospital, Hialeah FL

We loved this place and it was great up until my dog was put down. We're still hurting 2 years later after the vet (not our regular one) put her to sleep. She wasn't given enough meds so we went through the process again of having to let her go. We were being basically forced out of the room when they knew we had her since she was 2 days old. She was 15 years old then. Don't schedule a euthanization towards the end of the day because they just want to go home. No compassion whatsoever.

They never have appointment and they doesn’t give you the cost for sterilization. You have to get a visit even if you visited before. The hours business restricted.

I strongly recommend Muller Hospital for any of your pet needs.
We recently admitted out dog that had a very extreme case of hook worm however with the help you the staff at Muller Hospital our beloved dog has been saved. The staff at Muller is very friendly and attentive to the animals.

Very nice doctors and techs. Attentive, and helpful. It is my go to place every time my puppies need help.

First time I’ve sought services from this clinic and I did not have a good experience at all with their boarding. I had to take an emergency trip for almost two weeks and I did not pick up the same dog that I left there. For starters, as part of their policy the dog was to take a *mandatory* bath for an additional cost, aside from the boarding fee. I honestly don’t know what kind of bath he received that I picked him up dirtier and smellier than he has ever been, with a huge yellow stain in his belly, and on top of that wet! I understand that my dog is challenging as he is hyper, however, being a team of professionals I expected them to be able to handle him since I, not being a professional in the least, am able to bathe him.

I also called to check-in and according to the assistants everything was okay. However, the day I picked him up, he had injuries in his paws that were never mentioned when I called and started presenting with diarrhea when we got home. Please don’t have your assistants tell us that everything is okay when in fact there are things that are going wrong, we will still learn the truth in the end and quite frankly, it upsets me more to find out about it after being told the contrary. Overall, I am very disappointed!

Best place that actually cares about your animals. I drive an hour for each of my pets because there is no place better that i trust. And most animal hospitals just want your money. They just care for your pets and you. I will forever be coming here. Even when you come in youll meet people that has been coming for 20 plus years. Its just an amazing place

This animal hospital is really money hungry. They constantly try to add charges and fee’s to the vet bill. Before I came in with my dog; I told them I want my yearly exams and two or 3 required shots for the year. They without consent did tests I did not authorize and I was stuck with the bill. On top of all that. The vet double charged me for 2 services and if I did not point that out; I would have been charged. On top of that. I tried to get a prescription medication from another vet store and they declined my prescription. And suggested me to their store which is double the price. My experience with this vet office has always been money first dog second.

They helped suture my dog Rocky’s cut and he has healed great. Great care and affordable prices!

Never had I been to an animal hospital that truly loves God's creation to be our best friends. Dr Martinez and her staff are very efficient, and I will refer to all who asks me.

Very good and fast attention. Sadly we lost our dog Gema, we took her to be cremated. We later received his condolences by correspondence. We are eternally grateful

After 30 years of service, the single time my dog has had an emergency, Emilio refused to see her. He sent us home with ER contacts and simply told us to watch her rather then checking her out at all.

I understand this is not an emergency room, but even if she was not dying, at the very least, she could have been seen.

Extremely disappointing behavior from one of the only two doctors in the building. If Adriana isn’t there, take your pets elsewhere.

100% recommended clinic. The doctors, technicians and assistants provide real care. In this place the priority is the health of your pet. If what you are looking for is a place where you can care for your pet without worrying that they only want your money and not their well-being, I recommend this Clinic.

If I would be able to give this place a 0 stars, I sure would. Dr. Martinez is so rude and you can tell she doesn’t like her job. In the other hand, Emilio is such a great vet. I think the girls in front desk are always so irritated instead of making me feel welcome when I come in. This place is very judge mental.
