Dr. Muir takes her time during the initial consultation and dental treatment plan. She explains everything thoroughly.

She does not overwhelm you with all of the work that needs to be done and does not push you to get all of the work done at one time.

I also love my hygienist that I’ve been seeing for the last couple of years, Cory. She does her job well and has a lovely personality.

Lastly, Mandy, one of the office staff is always helpful when I call.

Dr. Jennifer Muir here in West Palm Beach was so nice and solved an emergency veneer accident. She is one of the most thorough medical professionals I’ve ever met. Her team is equally wonderful and so nice. Mandy and Christina took such great care of me. I’m grateful. I am now making Dr. Muir my primary dentist. Cleanings, whitening, cavities, crowns, visiline, veneers et all. So happy. My husband is now going to also go and be my first recommendation. Bill White

Dr. Jennifer Muir is an amazing dentist, her knowledge of all aspects of dentistry from constructive rebuilding, root canal’s and crowns, to maintenance is extensive. The office has the latest state of the art instruments.
Tirzah the dental hygienist did an outstanding deep clean for me, really made a difference with how my teeth look and feel -
Amanda oversees an office staff who are sensitive to your needs, whether accounting, treatment options or just how you are doing from beginning to end.

Muir Dentistry is the best! Dr. Muir and staff are both highly professional and personal. A winning combination by anyone’s standard. I’m a patient for life.

As a retired dental professional I am VERY particular about the dentists and hygienists I choose. Finding a practice you feel comfortable with is daunting when one moves. I chose Muir because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I have seen both doctors and they are both professional, approachable, caring and do superior but conservative work. I was happy with ALL the staff and felt my dental cleaning were a step above. I am so happy I am a patient at this practice.

Office staff and doctors are nice but this office is incredibly out dated. I had an exam and cleaning. The cleaning took about 10 minutes, my teeth weren't even polished. The hygienist used a zephyrhills bottle to fill one of her machines, amongst other glaring issues with the office equipment. I couldn't return for anymore services after that.

Without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever seen. Coming from someone who avoided dentistry appointments all my life, this means something. She changed my whole smile and self esteem with a grace that surprised me. I would wholeheartedly endorse this practice

While Dr Ouelette is a good dentist, I had serious problems with the faculty. They told me they confirmed the cost of a service with my insurance and then when it ended up being more, I had a terrible experience trying to get the expenses confirmed and paid. Long story short, they sent my bill to a debt collector despite me giving them my credit card on the third time speaking with them and telling them to charge it. They said they sent 9 bills to the address, but I received none (yet the debt collector was able to get their letter to me). They didn’t try to contact me by phone (which they had no issue calling me before). After receiving the debt collector bill, I called their office 4 times trying to speak with their billing department only to find out Dr. Ouelette’a wife runs it and refused to speak with me at all. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any company.

While Dr, Ouelette is a good dentist, the headache that his staff caused is not worth it (perhaps it’s the nepotism?). There are plenty of other good dentists out there.

Perfect and painless

For someone who has always hated the dentist since I was little, this office completely eased my fears and made me feel extremely comfortable during my first visit. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming, the office is clean and amazing. Dr McClane is down to earth, and professional. The hygienist Brittany was very informative and did a great job. Can’t thank Cyndi enough for the recommendation. I will no longer be dreading going to the dentist and will actually look forward to my next appt!

Friendly efficient staff who make you feel welcome, Highly skilled dentists and their assistants who are all outstanding in their skill and professionalism.

Everyone is beyond kind and extremely professional. The hygienists make you feel comfortable, so I never hesitate to schedule my next appointment after each cleaning. I’ve had multiple dental procedures, and Dr. Ouellette is simply fantastic! I’ve bounced around Palm Beach County to find the right dental office, and this one is by far the best one in the business!

Dr. Ouellette And Dr. McClane have done more for me then any dentist I have ever seen. They never cut corners and go above and beyond in everything they do. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated like family. The team is very professional examining and providing solutions by priority. Know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail!

This being our first meeting with Dr Quellette and his staff, they all spent a lot of time listening and discussing offering solutions and multiple options for my oral issues. Looking forward to treatment to start soon.
