This compny is not the same since Mr. Robert Mullets has retired. Mullet's repeatedly (attempted) to charge me for repairs covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Great workmanship on our Church project. For us, pricing and timing of delivery were a bit excessive but in the end we were satisfied.

Mullets installed impact resistant windows over a decade ago. The workmanship was excellent as are the windows. They recently installed new screens, also very well done.

Started work 2 months earlier than planned! All done in 3 weeks.

Nice workmanship. We waited for them to get the windows in, but then they did a good job of installing them. A glass slider had a manufacturing error and they quickly agreed to replace it at no charge.

Certainly in the running for one of the worst companies that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my opinion. I would definitely not recommend this company. Its unfortunate that I now have to be tied to them for the rest of the time I own my house. In my defense I did not choose them, the HOA did. They do not respond, phone, email etc in a timely manner, if at all. It took over 6 months to get my installation completed. Have several post installation issues and am still waiting on resolution. This company has absolutely NO Sense of Urgency! I'm glad their business is so good that they can operate in this manner. Its my opinion that this company is not worthy of your business.

We decided to replace the original windows on our home and everyone we asked suggested Mullet's. Now we see why. The staff was professional, well versed, and easy to work with. Installers Mike and Anthony were great! They couldn't have been more professional. They were on time every morning and went right to work. They covered all of our personal belongings and NEVER left a mess. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company.

I called numerous times last month over a period of weeks to get a quote for impact/hurricane windows;nobody returns calls there. I understand they may be overwhelmed with demand after Hurricane Ian. I found another company, also busy, but responsive, made an appt, a month out, they came, are super professional, and even have a higher rating than this one on reviews.

Quick responses, very professional. They back their work with action not words. Pricing was very fair, workers were respectful. Would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent company! They measured the windows twice before ordering replacements. Came and replaced the windows while I was at work. Cleaned up after themselves. No fuss, no muss. Windows look and function beautifully. The inspector checked their work and signed off on it quickly. He stated that he loved the company because they do such great work. I can't wait to have them come back to replace more of my old windows. Also, pricing was fair and half of what some other companies quoted.

I have to acknowledge the fine installation work Geoff, Ryan and Briar performed on our two large sliders. They worked extremely well together as a team. Their promptness, efficiency and cleanliness were evident each and every day of the installation process. Having owned and operated my own business, I would be proud to have such individuals in my employ.
