Had a fantastic buying experience at Mullinax! My salesperson, Krystal King, was extremely personable, patient with all my questions, and knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to see! Will be buying my next vehicle from Mullinax for sure!

It was about 24 hrs hours ago that I was looking through autotrader. I came across the car that I liked, It was New Year’s Day So obviously I wasn’t expecting to receive a call back. Not long after my inquiry I received a call from a young lady by the Name of Shantill Steele. I think we all know how some car salesman can be. Car shopping has never been something that I have enjoyed Because of tactics at certain dealers, and by tactics with certain sales people.

With this being said, All I can say is wow. Shantill had a very calming voice, She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Miss Steele absolutely shattered my expectations. The best part is that my wife and I were able to do everything from the comfort of my own home.

I have never used Mullinax Ford for a purchase. I can tell you this without any hesitation, I will use Mullinax for every purchase going forward. I can only hope that I get so lucky as to have a sales associate like miss Steele or better yet, miss Steele herself. It is important that Shantill and her management team Know that she is an absolute asset to Mullinax Ford. As for the dealer, Their prices are fair and Dan of finance did a wonderful job. Again, kudos to the team at Mullinax Ford.

They had given me an experience. I won’t forget they were excellent on everything they did on getting me into my new car.

Great experience buying an F150. Up front pricing without any of the games other dealers play. Truck was a fair below MSRP and no added fees other than tag and tax. They even went to one of their other dealerships to get the exact truck I wanted. Krista was the best helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Next time I buy a Ford I will be back.
