The staff there and the doctor are awesome they always help me with anything I need if you need therapy or anything I suggest you go check them out you will not regret it.

They are to egar to get you in and start therapy.
No scans or MRI done first.
I now have to see a neurologist for my neck injury's.

Wonderful staff, great doctor, and very professional. That's all I ask for! That and a good treatment plan that works. So far it works and I'm feeling a lot better!

Very well run office and I have to say, they provide top-notch medical care. Good people and they take the time communicating and explaining things to you. Best part is, Dr Gelch really knows what he's doing and how to treat you!

Terrible experience, went in to have my hand looked at and obtain a doctors note to be able return to work. Was brought in and told they accepted no insurance, they had a doctor (who was actually just a P. A.) which refused to help me and only want to milk more money out of my pockets for an X-ray. When I went to an actual hand specialist, they told me that I actually had two fractures as to where this "P. A. " said i only had one. The doctors don't even know what they are looking at, they tell you they are no-insurance friendly but they just want to rip money from your pockets with the most miniscule work being done.

To further add on so their reply doesn't fool anyone I never seen an actual Orthopedic Doctor they literally texted him bad quality images of an x-ray. Do not trust this place.

Dr. Burgess and his staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. After the nightmare of my accident it was very comforting to know that I will be taken care of properly.

Dani the manager is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and very empathetic to patients. Great employees, they make you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly. I never have to wait to get to the bank to my physical therapy or to see the doctor. Kimberly the PA is knowledgeable and sympathetic.

Staff is cool clean place plenty of parking. They listen to you and they go straight to your pain with their therapy machines. The Tens Unit was my favorite.

This a such a family friendly place and they are very good at what they do️. My shoulder has never felt better. Its very affordable and is one of the 1st places i would recommend.

I was hurting and stressed out but the minute i walked in i was cared for. My chiropractor is the best. He listens and gives me tips to ease my pain. If a dr moves to quick on treatment he is quick to jump in and let the staff know that its a process not a race. I am in good hands and blessed to have such a caring facility.

Doctors and staff are amazing! I will continue going as it has been very beneficial for my health!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This is the worst Drs office I've ever seen! They did everything to exhaust my fiance's PIP and then refused to send a letter to his insurance so he can get paid his short term disability. All of this started after he told them he decided not to go with there lawyer and asked for a referral to a different neurosurgeon out of there practice.hmmm.shady shady shady. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Ohh and they charged his insurance 3 times more for the same treatment that he received from another place

SCAM! Avoid at all costs! My husband was in a car accident and hurt his head. He scheduled an appointment here under the impression that their “in-house neurologist” would see him. NOPE. He was greeted by a chiropractor instead. He said he would review his records and then schedule an appointment with the neurologist. That should have been the first red flag, since when does a chiropractor review records to schedule an appointment with a different specialist? After nearly two weeks of not hearing from anyone my husband calls and scheduled an appointment with the neurologist. We decide to follow up because at that time they STILL didn’t have his medical records and the one of their 30 or so mediocre receptionists said that they lost the authorization form to request the records but that she’d have them by the end of the day in time for his first physical therapy session. His what? ! Apparently they wouldn’t schedule him with a neurologist and instead the chiropractor decided he needed to see him every day for the next few weeks. These people are insane, unprofessional, and are really just devouring your insurance money. That’s the only way they can afford an office staff large enough to run a country (we literally saw 4-7 people at the reception desk the ONE time that we went, although, to be fair, it seems they all just socialize during work hours since I had to wait for one of the male nurses to stop taking to one of the receptionists TWICE in order to get forms back to her). Actual nightmare of an office, I can’t believe a medical clinic could be this irresponsible with my husband’s health. I am horrified that this clinic exists here and reminds me of the low tier Miami clinics on the east coast. Absolute disaster, should be shut down. You’ve been warned!

I was very impressed with the medical team here. Richard Burgess was excellent in his evaluation, and his ability to put me at ease with my pain and suffering and made me feel like there was hope on its way. Everyone else was very nice and caring. Made you feel like a friend, instead of a patient. The first time. The second time they kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours and kept telling me as soon as they got a room I would go in. Well if they stopped putting people ahead of me I would have had a room as I was there before most of them. I then canceled that appt and the future one and wrote a very negative post which I cant find. So I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF I WAS DYING.

Yesterday I went to this office and had a 10: 30 appointment to see the orthopedic surgeon. I waited for one hour and watched a dozen people taken in the back and put in rooms. When I said something they told me they were waiting to put me in a room? How come all those people went ahead of me and got a room? My time is just as important as the drs, I expect if they get a little behind 15 minutes is acceptable. Obviously they over booked or something and I was the only one waiting that long. I finally blew up and got my mri disc back and told them to forget it, cancel my appt and my future one. If this dr is so busy, then I dont want him operating on me anyways. Sounds like a assembly line. Besides why does he come over here once or twice a month, when there are plenty of drs over here willing to take care of me. I got an appt to see another dr right away. My opinion, stay away from this practice. The PA I saw when I first went in there was fantastic, shame it had to end this way.
